Great value ink cartridge. No issues loading into printer and printer accepts it fine.

Great photo black ink (slim black cartridge)
Absolutely brilliant. We have an older hp photosmart printer that requires two black inks. Easy to get the larger 364xl cheaper but not the photo black. Hp ones are incredibly expensive- especially with my children having to school at home and needing to print lots. Bless them.Wonderful print quality and have just ordered two more.

Doesn't work as chip not recognised.
The cartridge isn't recognised and stops the printer from working, resulting in a waste of money. No, I didn't buy the wrong cartridge, and yes, I did fit it correctly and tried several times, so the fault is probably in the cartridge chip that talks to the printer.Avoid, and don't waste your money.

Just want ink?
As with most non manufacturer ink cartridges, it can take a few goes to get the printer to recognise them after putting them in. Ink is a printers main cost, so persistence pays, and once in they work fine.

Bonjour. Après avoir installé cette cartouche, mon imprimante l'a immédiatement reconnue... Quelques pages imprimées . Pas de différence avec cartouche d'origine. A voir dans le temps......Excellent rapport qualité prix...Livraison rapide. Très bonne amabilité du livreur......Cordialement
