Excellent customer service.
Customer service is excellent. They seem genuinely concerned if you have issues and make contact quickly. My issue was resolved very quickly. It’s a great system but if you can’t set it up easily do contact customer service where you can get the help you need.

This Camera Is Top Notch.
This camera is really good. I have been using this camera for 2 years now and no problems have arose during the time I've been using it. The camera quality is really detailed and has deep, rich colors to it. I would buy again to install around the house.

Super service, great camera
I bought this camera as an addition to the original two I had already installed. The picture quality is great, especially in daylight, and having the app on my phone means that I can check in on my property from anywhere in the world where I have a data connection. The nightvision is good but like with any digital zoom (zoomed in through the DV recorder during playback) the quality has a lot of 'noise' (graining) but detail is still there for objects closer to the lens (approx 15 feet or less). I have to make a special mention here regarding the supplier (misidigi). When the camera arrived and I tried to install it, there was no picture coming through. After much testing on other cables, it was evident that the camera was faulty. I contacted the supplier and explained the situation and they were extremely helpful in resolving the issue. I had to send some photos of the camera to verify that the camera was indeed compatible with the DV recorder but once they realised it wasn't anything to do with my set up, they immediately supplied me with a replacement camera without any extra cost to me. This is the kind of service that stands out from other sellers and I would 100% buy from misidigi (supplier name) again.
