Cute, Compatible, and a Steal 🥂
Honestly, this RUIMEN smartwatch is kind of a steal. The screen looks way nicer than you’d expect for the price, the purple-and-gold combo is cute, and it does all the basics without being dramatic about it. Calls come through fine, the fitness tracking is solid for everyday stuff, and the battery lasts long enough that you don’t feel like you’re constantly babysitting it. If you just want a simple, good-looking watch that handles your notifications and keeps you moving, it totally gets the job done.

Stylish, Easy to Use, and Packed with Features
am genuinely impressed with this RUIMEN Smart Watch. It was very easy to connect to my iPhone, and the setup process only took a few minutes. One of my favorite features is the ability to answer and make calls directly from the watch. The sound quality is clear, and it's incredibly convenient when my phone isn't right beside me. The watch has a sleek, modern design that looks great for both casual and professional settings. The display is bright and responsive, making it easy to navigate through notifications, fitness tracking, and other functions. I also appreciate receiving text and app alerts on my wrist so I can stay connected throughout the day. The fitness and health features are a great bonus. It tracks steps, workouts, heart rate, sleep, and daily activity, helping me stay motivated and aware of my habits. The battery life has been impressive as well, lasting several days before needing to be recharged. For the price, this smartwatch offers excellent value. It combines style, convenience, and practical features that you would expect from much more expensive models. If you're looking for an affordable smartwatch that's compatible with both iPhone and Android and includes Bluetooth calling, I would definitely recommend this one.

Great for the Price Point
This is a great little watch. It fits well, was easy to set up, has a helpful app to interface with and takes calls, which I appreciate. The call volume is pretty quiet - I have three kids and there's no way I can hear my caller if they're around - but I like being able to answer it and them get to my phone to switch if needed, so I don't miss calls. For the price point, it's a great investment - much more affordable than the name brand watches and does all the things I need it to do.

Great smart watch at an unbelievable price
I ordered the Ruimen smart watch as a backup for my Samsung Galaxy 5 smart watch. I wanted to see what you got for a watch that is 1/10 the cost. ($30+ to $300+) I expected junk, but I got a beauty instead. First off, let me say the Ruimen does not have all the whistles and bells that my Samsung watch has. But what it does have is a lot. I mostly just track steps as I want to walk 8,000 steps a day. Being the nerd I am, I wore both watches for 3 days to see how the step count went. To my surprise, the 1st day the difference was only 0.8%. Second day was 0.6% different Third day was 1.7% different. So both watch tracked very closely to one and another. So I would say the Ruimen was just as accurate as the Samsung watch. Things I like about the Ruimen... Start up time. It takes 5 seconds to boot up from off. My Samsung takes 2 agonizingly slow minutes... Come on Samsung, you can do better than that. BPM. You get a constant beats per minute with the Ruimen. I even put on a watch face that showed bpm continuously. The Samsung you had to be in a sport tracking mode or go to a specific app on the phone to see bpm. 5 day battery life. The Samsung gives me 30 hours at the most, so I am left having to charge it every night. Ironically you can have it track your sleeping but that doesn't work when it is on the charging stand at night. Email display. The Ruimen instantly showed on my screen when I got a text or email. (Although the font was very tiny for these old eyes.) Samsung would check every 15 minutes or so then tell me (but with bigger font that I could read easier.) Price - The Ruimen is 1/10th the price of the Samsung. As far as value (benefits / cost) the Ruimen is a clear winner. Walking app (when it worked.) GloryFit uses GPS to track you walking and put it on a map. Samsung uses an archaic system of asking how tall you are, then it estimates your stride length and uses that to calculate distance (steps x stride length). I have a short waist and long legs. My wife has a Garmin Lilly which uses GPS to track distance. I am consistently 20% short on my distance when we walk together using Samsung. GloryFit nailed the distance. Here is what I don't like about the Ruimen watch. At first I thought there were only 4 watch faces on it. But through the GloryFit app, you have a 100 watch faces to choose from. The picture shown in this review is one of them. The disadvantage is you can only load ONE optional watch face at a time. So it you want to change the watch face, you need to go to GloryFit and change it there. Takes less than 1 minute to change the watch face. Samsung allows you to download many more to your watch. And you have a ton more 3rd party watch faces to can add to the Samsung. I have some issues with the GloryFit fitness tracker app. The installation instructions were for an older version of Android. The instructions ask you to find a place to have the GloryFit app load at watch startup. It is not in Android now. But no worries, it happens automatically when you load the app onto your phone. I also had some connectivity issues when I tried one of the 100+ sports app settings. I did get the walk feature to work finally, and it tracked my walk via GPS perfectly. Other times it wouldn't connect to my watch. Don't know why. Samsung has a lot more apps that work on that watch an Reimen. Most I don't use. In summary, the Ruimen is a much better value that the Samsung if money is an issue. But if you want all the whistles and bells, I still like my Samsung and will continue to wear it. The Ruimen is going to be my trusty backup and I will wear it when I travel or are out in harsh environments.

NOT THIS ONE - JUST KEEP LOOKING
Update: Ordered Nov. 12, 2023, it is now Jan 30, 2024 - it won't even charge properly. I attached the charger, it charges to maybe 22% and will go no further, disconnect then reconnect, gets to 35%, disconnect then reconnect, I am now at 67%; I plugged it in YESTERDAY MORNING! I wish I could give this watch negative stars! Review on 12/13/2023: I wore the RUMEN Smart Watch for a month, I received zero information on the watch nor the app for any of the reports offered, and then all of a sudden (today!) they suddenly showed up. The manual is just shy of completely useless. It isn't like I have not frequently looked at each area, selected each item to be turned on, opened the app frequently to keep the watch and app connected and updated, and messed with every selection several times in an attempt to get it to work/update. Every interaction feels like an argument. I would return it and try something else but I don't have any of the original packaging. Even the text messaging interface is poor and mostly useless. It will show you the text, but only 4 1/2 lines. It won't open the text to see the rest, and it doesn't provide any ability to send a text. It let me import my phone numbers, but it is so touchy I accidentally called 3 people looking through the contacts. When I tried to edit the contact list (remove check marks of people I do not want on the list) to only people whom I speak to frequently and would be understanding if I accidentally called them at 3 am, it wouldn't update the changes. I exited the app and opened it again so it would connect/update. I made the change multiple times. I tried charging the watch. Nothing worked. I gave up. Today I decided to write a review, and it decided to update; I seriously doubt the watch cared if I insulted it and threatened to return it to a big, dark, lonely, warehouse... but go figure! Also, the custom watch face feature is a joke; I blame the extremely poor App. I understand the Watch not having a memory, but the APP either doesn't have a memory or needs a major makeover. You can get it to use ONE custom image but it only allows ONE layout for placement of time and when you pick a different watch face, then go back in to custom, it is not in memory. The custom layout only shows the time and steps, nothing else. But seriously, the time is in small type at the top, with no day of the week, and no option for temperature; the other images from the "dial center" have other layouts from which to choose. The most useful and clear to read watch face is the astronaut. As for the battery, it WAS lasting almost a week; now that the features are working (sort of), the battery died in a day and a half (updated 12/14/2023). Anyway, it is my opinion, that whoever is reading this review, should choose a different watch! I can only say 1 things I like; the sound quality is good on both ends of a call.

Love this watch!
I truly do love this watch. I’ve had it for over two years now and I haven’t had any issues. I did switch out the wristband a few months ago and it was super easy. I even bought one for my husband in black. I personally have an iPhone and even though this particular smart watch doesn’t make phone calls, I can still see what calls are coming in and still read my text messages and honestly I would still prefer this watch over an Apple Watch.

Not accurate
First off I want to clarify that this is not a paid review. Annoys me that they do that. Anyways, I bought this as a way to track my steps and burned calories but found that it’s not accurate by any means. I did 3.25 miles on the treadmill and it only read 2.80 miles and calories were way off. I wasn’t holding onto the treadmill or anything. My arm was swinging the whole time so I don’t understand why it wouldn’t pick up the accurate amount of steps taken. I also took a two mile hike and same thing. Inaccurate steps. Really disappointed on that and had it cost more than what I paid I would return it. When it’s on game mode I can’t get out of it. I have to turn the watch off and back on. I can’t get my messages to sync so I still have to figure that out. Calls and contacts sync no problem. As far as measuring my sleep it wasn’t accurate either but close. The oxygen and heart rate monitor seems accurate but I haven't manually tracked my heart rate to confirm it’s accurate. I can hear just fine on the watch when I take calls and haven’t had anyone complain about not hearing me yet. Over all, I wouldn’t pay more that $30-50 for this watch. I don’t shower with it or allow it to get wet because I’m not even gunna dare to test that aspect of it. Overall, it’s decent but if you’re getting it for the same reason I wanted it I would recommend spending a little more money for a better one. If your on a budget it’ll do but if you can I suggest upgrading.

Great value
I've had my watch for 2 years. it does everything i need. I mostly use the timer, fitness tracking and to alert me of phone messages and calls. It keeps a charge for almost a whole week, even wearing it at night. My wife has an apple watch and has to charge it every day, and she paid 10x this price. It's a tremendous value, it's the same size as an apple watch and it's easy to change up the watch bands.

Good smartwatch for tracking exercise
I've been looking for a smartwatch with a large screen and this one is it! It's super easy to use and water resistant (as far as rain and sweat goes, it says IP68 so it should be good for shower etc, but I have not tried it). Lots of watch faces to switch things up and a good variety of activities to track when working out. The strap is comfortable and adjustable, doesn't move around while working out! It can play music and take/make calls - 10/10 watch.

Afordable and sustanable
I'm really impressed with this smart watch so far. The watch looks sleek and modern, and the screen is bright, clear, and very easy to navigate. The smartwatch offers reliable and accurate fitness tracking, helping me keep track of my daily activity with ease. The battery life is also impressive, lasting a long time between charges, which makes it even more convenient for everyday use. Overall, it provides excellent value for money by combining a premium look, user-friendly features, and dependable performance. I would highly recommend this smartwatch to anyone looking for an affordable anf practical
