I only put this on my mattress last night so I can’t comment on longevity, but so far so good.It was quite easy to get on, I put my hands inside, either side, like I was putting a duvet cover on. It made it easier to line it up - I employed my 12 year old twin sons to help lift the mattress whilst I pulled the protector over and down to the middle of the mattress and then swapped ends to pull it all the way down. I could have done it on my own, but would have taken longer. Once it was all the way down it was easy to zip up - there’s enough material to play around with to get it straight, but not enough to make it baggy...it fitted my mattress extremely well and didn’t move around or crinkle up.All in all, I’m very happy with my purchase, the zip seems stable enough as the protector isn’t a tight fit which means it’s not trying to burst open. I’m hoping this will last as my previous 2 (from different companies) didn’t.

I have purchased the item because it would fit entirely around a mattress and also had the ability to stretch to slightly larger-than-standard sizes. The latter is because I have added a topper to my mattress that I wanted to enclose as well, which added 5 cm to the 20 cm height of the mattress, which is the advertised maximum height ("22-25 cm").Because of the extra height of the topper, the item was a bit of a struggle to fit. But despite the hard pulling, it never ripped or felt like it was about to. Once the zipper was closed, it felt like it still had plenty of give in its stretching ability.Tip: turn the item inside-out and then roll it on rather than try and slip it on - the item will otherwise cling to the mattress (or in my case, the topper), which will make it more difficult to use.All in all, the quality of the product appears to be very good and does its job exactly as advertised, even on slightly higher mattresses.

I've used this exact cover before on a previous mattress and it worked a treat; excellent cover, could not fault it as it did exactly what it said and as expected! However, I purchased it again for a new mattress that is 27cm and it DOES NOT fit. The zipper immediately split and I could not get the zipper back together again despite best efforts. 4 stars as it is indeed a very good cover and I wanted to be a repeat buyer, but it is optimistic on the depth of mattress it can actually cover and therefore falsely advertises in this regard.

I was very pleased with this when it first arrived, Good quality and any fears I had about it not fitting over a quite thick mattress were soon alleviated, it went on with plenty of room to spare.It looks good and feels lovely and soft, so it absolutely does the job it was intended for.Then I realised, oh Heck do I really want to go through putting this on and off a mattress every time you need to wash it?I had put it on, on my own which of course is very difficult for one person and asking my husband to help each time it needs washing was gonna fill me with dread. And so there lies the question, would I recommend the cover? yes absolutely!!! its good quality and does what it says no problem, its very stretchy and zipping it up is no problem.Its just when it comes to the faff of washing it, well.... I'd think again !!! sorry.

This is an exceptional quality product.I had bought a synthetic one before but it slipped and wrinkled on the bed.As the main part is cotton on this one it doesnt.Please note the part that goes over the mattress is not cotton as it needs to stretch.Also the size looks deceptive on opening and I thought I had the wrong size but it covers my bed perfectly.It is not a topper just a mattress cover that is slightly quilted.However my springs on my bed have been starting to show and this gives good protection but you need a topper if your bed is more lumpy.It has been cool in the heat and was warm when it was cold.I like it so much I have bought another as its far better quality than my previous.It comes in a see through zipped case that makes a useful packing cube.Good quality cotton products are hard to find so I recommend.I dont use a tumble dryer but youbl shouldnt need one with this as it dries very quickly.

I had my doubts when ordering as I have a very deep ortho mattress and wasn't too sure this would fit. However, following advice from other reviewers, I peeled the cover on after rolling it up like a pair of tights. Standing the mattress upright worked for me, fitting the sheet from the top down and then zipping up once I had the mattress back on the base. No problems, stretched on, perfect fit, doesn't move around like the traditional quilted covers, no lumps or bumps, extremely comfortable. Good Value for money, really pleased, will buy again.

My son spilled fruit juice on his previous mattress cover. Washed it and it shrunk. This was an ideal replacement. Feels lovely and adds extra comfort. It was easy to fit and it was worth the money.

Arrived on time and in good condition, seams to be of decent quality, not to bad on price, but too large a single bed is 90 x 190This cover is 90 x 200+ this means that it is very loose at the end and is therefore prone to moving, can only think that it is ment to fit a mattress of foriegn manufacture, not worth sending it back for this so just tucked the excess under the mattress, seems to be nice and warm, will not buy again will be looking for a better fitting cover next time.

Habe mir vor einiger Zeit diese Madratzenauflage bestellt und bin absolut begeistert, sie hat eine super Passform und ist kuschelig weich, sie schützt die Madratzen und lässt sich super leicht wie ein Spannbetttuch aufziehen. Preis- Leistung top, eine 100% weiterempfehlung!!!

Ich habe diesen Bezug gekauft, da meine Matratze schon sehr alt ist. Da ich aber noch super darauf schlafe, wäre es echt zu schade gewesen, diese schon zu entsorgen. Ich habe den Frottee - Bezug einfach übergezogen und meine Matratze ist wie neu. Der Frottee - Stoff ist sehr dehnbar und fühlt sich sehr weich an. Immer wieder gerne.

Diese Matratzenauflage nutze ich in unserem alten Bauernbett, was eine Größe von 200x200 hat. Da ja eine "Besucherritze" auf Grund der Mittelbretter besteht, liegt eine Schaumstoffbrücke darauf. Die Matratzenauflage hat genau die angegebene Größe, verströmt keinen chemischen Greuch, ist aus waschbarem, schnell trocknendem Material und Trockner geeignet. Ich kann die Auflage richtig glatt um die beiden Matratzen spannen, obwohl wir ja die Bretter des Bettes in der Mitte haben, wo dann die Auflage nicht bis unter die Matratzen geschoben werden kann. Trotzdem verrutscht nix.
