Sunnecko knives are the only kitchen knives I will be buying. This is the second knife I have gotten from this brand and have had zero issues.

210 on the Bess it’s not the greatest sharpness but it’s not bad. I was able to drop it down to 146 with a Ken Onion sharpening machine in about five minutes. The knife feels good. Looks good for the price. It’s a good deal.

Absolutely amazing blade, comes ready to slice and dice. I would gladly purchase again in the unfortunate case that I lose the one I have.

Nella confezione 📦 : 1 Coltello Nakiri da verdure lama da 18cm 1 Panno pe la pulizia/lucidatura 👍Il coltello Nakiri (sostanzialmente una mannaia) è molto bello martellato a mano con il manico in legno d'ulivo molto resistente, impugnatura ottima e nemmeno troppo pesante, è di sicuro un coltello che vi sarà d'aiuto per il taglio di verdure anche di discrete dimensioni data la lama rettangolare utile proprio per avere un taglio preciso, taglio anche ottimo e sottile dato che la lama è molto affilata, in più il design curato lo rende anche un oggetto che valorizzerà la vostra cucina e vi da soddisfazione nell'usarlo, tutto ciò considerando il packaging curato a cofanetto lo rende un prefetto oggetto da regalare per amanti del genere, vero è che un minimo di impegno economico lo richiede poiché non siamo di fronte ad un oggetto economico, del resto però la qualità c'è. E' un coltello particolare nel genere che è ricercato appunto da professionisti o da veri amanti dei coltelli quindi acquista valore considerando che nella gamma coltelli potrebbe essere un pezzo mancante non proprio così di uso comune ma molto molto utile. Unica accortezza che posso consigliare è di NON lavarlo in lavastoviglie e non tenerlo in un cassetto con altri utensili per evitare contatti che potrebbero rovinare la lama in ogni parte, lavatelo a mano e NON con detergenti aggressivi. 👌Conclusione: Ottimo coltello sia qualitativamente sia per il design, se siete amanti del genere è perfetto ed anche come come idea regalo 🎁. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ti ringrazio per aver letto la mia recensione. Bought this knife for my brother (who's a cook) and omg, I have used it, it comes very sharp and just glides through anything. it has a nice weight, not light. and the handle is nice in the hand. it also looks really nice. I might have to get one for myself! five stars!

À 70 € à ce jour, ce couteau d'inspiration japonaise est tout simplement remarquable. Je ne suis moi-même pas un cuisinier de compétition, même si j'ai été très impressionné par l'usage que j'ai fait de cet élégant accessoire. J'ai donc prêté ce couteau à une professionnelle de la cuisine qui a été très enthousiasmée par la qualité de la découpe et les vertus esthétiques de l'ensemble. Quand une pro de la restauration vous dit qu'un accessoire vaut largement le coup, ça valide immédiatement le sentiment d'amateur que vous avez pu en avoir. C'est donc un article très fortement recommandable, d'autant que le prix est lui aussi enthousiasmant !
