No display no power
The product never worked right from the beginning. You have to buy a 220/110v converter to run this gadget. The power consumption is 200 w.To be in the safe side I used a 350w converter but the cooker display never came on nor the cooker. Awaiting replacement / refund. Cost of the cooker was Rs.8229.

LOVE IT.
I love this crock pot. It is the perfect size for an additional unit for entertaining and the display is so visible and it is so easy to use. Would highly recommend and purchase again.

Cooks low and slow like it should.
Some of the new ones cook way too hot. This one is good, low is low, not boiling like some now do.Then when finished it switches to Keep Warm.Well designed and well built. I am very happy.

Shabby construction or wiring or both.
On my fourth use, the liquid spilled over and drooled under the control panel and ftzzzzzzzt. A few beeps and the timer changed from 2-something hours to 22-something hours NOT COOL. Luckily for me, the COVID lockdown had me home. I unplugged and wiped up, and re-plugged and ... dead. I may try to repair it myself, but really? A fault that would add 20 hours of cook time does NOT feel safe. So I am thinking landfill heaven for this Cuisinart and a return to cooking over a stove for me...Reading other complaints of poorly-fitting lid, I saw that too. Really sad that Cuisinart said goodbye to quality like this. Is $85 not enough for a quality slow-cooker? Maybe not. I would like to buy a quality slow cooker if any advice out there...
