Love this product! I suffer from ulcerative colitis and have tried so many whey and vegan products which all have caused digestive discomfort. This product is brilliant, very happy tummy, so easily digested. Taste is non offensive, not a meaty taste like I’d imagined it would be. Mixes well in the nutribullet into shakes or into hot porridge. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a sensitive stomach.

Really happy I have discovered this product. I have been adding it to dishes I cook for evening meals and also adding it to the dogs' food! (one is old and does not eat his food, but he is wolfing down everything now with this powder sprinkled on). I think it does have a slight taste but is not strong, if I was cooking a risotto I would probably add a stock cube too, but this beef bone broth powder is a must for everything now, because I want the extra protein and collagen (as do my dogs!).

Mum visits and I make tea. Would you like to try a bone broth, packed full of collagen etc.? OK I'll try a half mug. We were both surprised to find this has zero taste. I'm not sure if it was psychosomatic but it smelt meaty (to me) but the taste was nothing - like a mug of hot water. Maybe slightly smokey, I'm not sure. A confusing drink. Freya does a stock in a carton which tastes amazing so I had hopes of that. Plusses - you can add flavour - lemon, fennel seeds, maybe even a herbal tea bag of choice, and add a scoop to anything - soups, sauces etc. A half portion at 12g has about 10g collagen and 12g protein, so packed full of collegen and protein. Protein of this quality is hard to find if you are training and want to make up protein intake, without resorting to whey protein. Good quality. Minuses - not the most easily dissolvable, I chose to run it through a strainer as some small stringy lumps remained and I didn't want to put mum off! A tad pricey but offset by using smaller amounts at a time. Time will tell if it helps with skin and joints. I'll probably shop around and try a few different brands to compare but on the whole yes I probably would buy again. If it had a taste I'd give it five stars, but not if that meant it had additives.

I'd give it zero if I could, the chicken flavour is fine. The beef is a different story it simple is not soluble, you could pour it in to lava and it wouldn't dissolve, would just sit on the top as scum. Never using this joke of a company again.

Good value compared to cartons of liquid broth, however I struggle to get the mix right if wanting to just make a drink. It works much better if mixing the powder in to a sauce or a soup, you need plenty of hot water to mix the powder in. If you don’t get the liquid volume right, it’s very hard to mix and leaves a lumpy and grainy texture. When used in a soup or sauce it adds a lovely thickness and flavour.
