Love the different monsters in this collection. Most of them work as expected. They pop up high enough to catch them on the way down. There is one monster that didn’t pop well - The one with the short and wide rectangular head. Still super cute tho!

Very fun for the fourth graders! They are about 2 inches high, but they can pop up about 4 feet. I had to make rules about when we could have them popping about. :-D An occasional one doesn't work so test them before giving them as gifts. I would definitely buy them agai.

Ok, I’ve bought these spring loaded toys before and they don’t work. They look good but the plastic doesn’t stay down to the plastic bottom and therefore, they won’t spring up. I immediately tried multiple and I mean lots of these, after I opened the package, and YES, they all popped up!! There was no problem with the spring coils getting all twisty going down as I “ set it” nor did it take multiple times to get the two plastic to stay together. These were so easy to “ set”. Finally!! A spring toy a kid can work and it works. It’s going to be a hit at our alien theme Trick or Trunk this Halloween.

These are cute, but they are super difficult for my elementary age students to do when they are new. They need to get broken in by an adult first. The springs are too stiff.
