I had bought this and one of the trays had been cracked. No big deal. But I’m just here to say the dehydrator is great and the costumer service is amazing the people there are so helpful and are easy to talk to. The guy even helped me update my name on file. 😂 great guy. Great product. Very satisfied.

I really liked this. I read the instructions and only kept it on for about 12 hours at a time. Even with that limitation, it only lasted a few uses before it only blew cold air. I got a warranty replacement, but it did exactly the same thing. Unfortunately I cannot recommend.

It does what it's supposed to. Dries my shroomies. I set it at 140 and run it for around 6 hours. I haven't used it for anything else. Has lots of room and the trays are deep enough for larger specimens. If youve got some truly enormous >50g chonkers you'll probably need to slice them in half lengthwise though.Really the only downside is the lack of a timer.

So I ordered the dehydrator and it came fast let me tell you. Like 2 days it was here. I did standard shipping so I was super surprised. Mine must have been dropped or something bc the fan made some odd sounds and the product all in all seemed to not work properly bc of that. Never fear they sent me a replacement just as fast and it works flawlessly! Thank you Myco labs for your quick and quality customer service the product is phenomenal!!!

This company stands behind their product. My dehydrator had a malfunction to where the heating element would stay on. I notified them of the issue I was having and they immediately found a solution and helped me get it going again. Some people may experience problems with their dehumidifier, but there’s always a chance of that happening due to delivery being rough or thrown around or other unforeseen problems. I highly recommend this dehumidifier and this company as they stood behind their product.
