I got this supplement because I liked the ingredients I was able to find online and it did not disappointed me. My parents are already seniors, so obviously their mind is not as sharp as it used to be. I wanted to help them a little bit with some over the counter stuff and I think this was a good selection. It is not a difficult to swallow pill, and they told me it’s pretty much tasteless. They are taking one pill during breakfast every morning and the mental fog has cleared, with a couple of months I think they will improve for sure. No side effects has been mentioned to me and everything seems to be working fine. This is a good option for supplements for sure
