I’ve tried other gummy’s, and I keep coming back to these. They taste good and I like the fact that they have glycinate with the magnesium

These gummies make me feel more rested and actually feel like I had plenty of sleep even when I didn't get my regular 6-8 hours of sleep. They don't have much sugar in them and they taste good. I take them 30-45 minutes before bed and I haven't had any issues. Highly recommend them to try if you have trouble sleeping or stressed out the night prior to a big event.

First of all, these are the yummiest gummy medicine-y/supplement I've ever tried! I have to remind myself that 2 is a serving bc I could eat them all. They don't magically take away my anxiety or make me sleepy, but my body is more able to relax after taking them. I often get painful cramps in my legs that wake me over and over at night. I don't have that problem when I eat these. My body hurts so much less overall when I take these. So while my mind is still doing the anxiety thing, my body doesn't seem to get as tight and painful as usual. They're not sleeping pills. I've recommended them to 2 other people who love them, but they don't help them sleep either. It's a pleasant feeling and definitely worth it! Just don't expect to go from incredibly stressed to completely calm and blissful. I love them though and will keep buying them.

Not the greatest magnesium gummy I’ve ordered. Good flavor, but I’ve had better—these are more like cheap gummy bears. You can taste the flavor but it’s not all that impressive. Effects are comparable to other brands—nice and calm, sleepy. The big issue that reduced stars is how stuck together they are! Some just stuck to one or two more gummies, but mostly it was one big glob of gummies! I can separate a few from the glob fairly easily, but it’s a constant check to make sure I’m taking only two because they are pretty formless stuck together. I tried to get a picture to show the glob but it’s inside the bottle and dark. I just have to stick a finger or utensil in and work a smaller chunk free every night. Irritating!

I find my gummies very helpful when I’m feeling stressed or anxious. I take one at a time and wait to see how it is affecting me. If I feel like I need more I take another. The Magnesium helps me to mellow out, relax and let go.

I get this brand specifically for the dosage per gummy- love the taste and it does what I need it to- I sleep!!
