Is this the same as Mr Muscle Shout?

The company that makes this is Johnsons, so don't think it's Mr Muscle, but not sure.

Will it remove lipstick on man made fabric (dress) does anyone know?

I can't say for sure since I've never tried it, but I doubt it. Shout is an enzyme based stain remover, which means it "digests" food based/organic stains. Lipstick is a grease/pigment stain, so you'd need something else for that. Shout works really well when it's used for (preferably fresh) organic stains (eg coloured baby clothes, stained by food, that you wouldn't use bleach on).

Is the price for one bottle or for how many.

September 2013 I paid £5.90 per bottle from O & P Healthcare. Bought 5 and paid no delivery charge. Don't know if this is dear but just pleased to get hold of some at last. V.
