is this compatible with rp2040 devices like the pico?

Not 100% sure. I think you can use the battery and run the Pico on a breadboard, if that is what you were thinking. The RP runs off of 3.3Volts, so it is close enough. If you want to be safe you can use a TP4056. They are cheap enough.

Not protected cells

Just a warning. These are not protected cells and to ensure deep discharge doesnt happen. Make sure you add cell protection. Its cheap and easy to add
