Rock Collection for Kids - 30Pcs Rocks, Gemstones & Crystals Kit

I purchased this high quality rock, gemstone, and mineral collection for my grandson. He was very excited to get it because it has a good variety of nice size rocks. It arrived with each piece individually wrapped to keep dust to a minimum. The case is attractive and sturdy and it has a colorful identification chart. My grandson loves rocks and he loved this rock collection. A magnifying glass and brush are included. I taught science for many years and this is one of the best collections I have ever seen. It would be great for rock enthusiasts and elementary classrooms. I would purchase it again if I needed a second kit for another grandson.

This is a fine collection at reasonable price. There’s a pretty good variety of rocks & minerals (though I admit, I would have liked to see some pyrite and an amethyst cluster). I like that each piece is a good size and comes in its natural, unpolished state. The samples are individually wrapped in little clear plastic bags, which is good because, being in their natural state, they are a bit gritty. The box is well-made; attractive and sturdy and has a helpful chart showing pictures and names of the rocks. The magnifying glass & brush are great additions. I am quite pleased with the quality of this collection.

This is a great set with a nice mix of gems and rocks. The samples are all decently sized and have impressive colors. All that plus a sturdy storage box that has clear images of each stone and all are clearly named. Comes with a brush, magnifying glass, and a guide with stone names, images, and information about each stone. Very happy with the quality of this purchase and can only hope they put together similar sets in the future because this one is cool enough to have made me a fan and definite repeat customer. I'll be keeping an eye out for any future releases from this company.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I bought this for my grandson, he loves this collection and the stones are nice sized, beautiful in color and the magnifying glass is a nice quality plus the brush is handy too. We loved the beautiful packaging, individual slots to hold your rocks and the colorful guides designating the names of each rock both on the case itself but also in a hand held guide with an added sponge type protective shield in between the rocks and the lid. It is the perfect design and 30 rock sets are amazing.

Really great value for these stones. They are a great size, not too small, and they were each packaged individually in plastic to prevent too much dust in the box. Great for our 3 year old to add to his rock collection. The stones are unpolished but very beautiful and unique. This would be a great gift for a kid who loves rocks.

Nice sturdy box to hold all the rocks. Beautiful rocks hours of fun for kids. No mess actively. My son loves it!

I was 80% satisfied with this product. But I did not anticipate that the names they supplied for the rocks were gonna be way over my granddaughter’s ability to pronounce. In fact I couldn’t even pronounce most of the rocks. It’s not that this is a terrible thing. I just not anticipated that my grandmother was probably a little young for it. My child loved it. Rocks are decent size and the information card and added brush and magnifying glass are great add ons. The box it comes contains foam that protects the rocks well and they arrive individually wrapped for added protection No instructions are included. This cost the same as a year of a rock identifying app on the phone. I see this as a better value than buying a subscription on an app. Something physical that will work if power/internet goes out.
