I loved the purple color & I am using it for Cardio Drumming. Very sturdy, Holds the air well. It is time consuming to pump it up, but not hard. There is a question regarding pain relief, I did not grade that as I have not used the ball for that purpose. I guess I did not know it could help in that area. Am thinking about purchasing another to use at work to sit on instead of my office chair.

This is so versatile! I can use it for sitting, exercising, and just generally fooling around.The feet pump provided with this is a nice courtesy, however inflating the ball this way is so much work! I used my feet, hands, and mouth. After the ball was inflated I remembered that I have a pump in my car. Silly me. I'dd advice you to use an electronic pump or get ready to sweat a little.I highly recommend this ball and I am sitting on it while writing this review. I only wish there was some sort of instruction manual. Apparently you are meant to fill it 80%, then let it seat for 24 hours, then fill it all the way. Nonetheless, it does not get better at this price point. I'm going to get so toned!

Got this as an alternate "chair" for my desk. Followed the instructions to partially inflate and then wait. The next day I was easily able to fully inflate the ball using the pump provided. It required me to keep constant pressure on the tip so it stayed in the hole and prevented air leakage during inflation.Regarding the comments about how the ball improves your posture should be taken "with a grain of salt". It will improve your posture if you sit up straight and use your core muscles, but it won't prevent you from slouching as usual.I do love that it lets me bounce as I sit so that my legs aren't always stationary in a down position. :)

It feels great quality and texture. Looks really sturdy. Has the ring like patterns.the only thing is 55 cm looks about 1/3 the size of my other brand 65cm . It does seems to be smaller ball. Mine didn’t come with a pump. Good that I have a bunch of other pumps around with all these balls and bike in my home. Lastly, the white pin sticks out I couldn’t pressed it in but since it’s not leaking air I guess it’s fine….

My back was bothering me so I am using this one for my office job. I actually think the 55 cm is too small for even though it is supposed to be for my height. I am 5 ft 4. It's so cheap in price, I ordered the 65 cm. It seems pretty good for the price. Comes with pump, plug remover and extra plugs. I love exercise balls and use it for workouts as well. My kids play with it roughly and it has been keeping its air pretty well. I have no complaints on this ball I wouldn't say its top notch quality but it works! And it has many colors to choose from.

Excellent balance ball. It has a very good texture for stability that is very easy to wipe clean, as well as ridges to help further with surface traction. Also, the ball was very easy to inflate (I did this myself). I appreciate the plug removal tool being included along with the foot pump. The plugs can be difficult to remove (you can use a coin, or spoon), but much more handy to have the tool. I was expecting a strong off-odor with a new product. It was not bad at all.. great, quality purchase!

This is my second 85cm ball. I bought the first one in the beginning of the pandemic, when I started working from home. I have a toddler, he had just turned 1 at the time, and I had made a foam tile floor playroom. I needed to both work and watch him so I set up my 3 computer workstation in his playroom. I didn t want a chair in there that he might het hurt against so I ordered my first Promic Ball.I sat on it for .... up to 50hrs/week for over a year. Its great. I would bounce during Zoom calls, lay on it on my belly and stretch my spine during breaks and him and I would play with it or on it sometimes.This past week, it got a tiny puncture, I think it may be because I rolled over a tiny piece of sharp mulch. Anyway....great product. I taped the puncture and still sat on it for 2 days until the new one was ready.

Got this for home PT exercises after knee replacement. Works great! I deflated it to take on a work trip, inflated it on the trip with the hand held pump.. it only took 5 minutes! The pin release tool works great, no issues at all. PT place wanted to charge me $35 for this same size ball, so this was a great value for me. Highly recommend - it does what’s its supposed to do.

This exercise ball helped me during lockdowns to keep up my workouts. It is reliable and durable. Not issues at all!

I like it. Mine did come with instructions, and the foot pump worked great for me (other than the adapter that goes into the hole not wanting to stay on and having to be taped); it didn't break, was easy as heck to use, and I had it inflated to 80% in about 10 minutes. It does seem like it could be a bit smaller than it's meant to be (I'm a little scared to keep inflating it, not sure when to stop), but since it seems to be the right size for me, I'm happy! Time will tell how durable it is, but I'm pleased so far.

I bought this to be able to do the exercises that my chiropractor gave me. It arrived quickly and was super easy to inflate. I love the fact that it came with its own pump and very clear instructions. I have used it everyday for months and never had a problem with it. It still looks new.

Seems to be good quality. Easy to inflate as it had a foot pump. You have to inflate 80% the first day. Has special clip to remove pin to continue inflation the following day. It had a couple of exercises that one can do with the ball - would be nice to have a booklet with a few more exercises.

This is tough. My toddlers play rough with it constantly and bounce on it with me. I just got it for myself but I’d say my kids play with it 99% of the time and have so much fun! The cheap pump is a bit of a pain in the ass but it got the job done. There were no real specific guidelines ok how much to fill it, it just says not to overfill it all over the place but no indication of how full is “too full”.
