Quality German steel, full tang - great knives!
I bought a Linoroso vegetable cleaver last year and was so happy with it that I came back to look for more Linoroso knives. I bought this 3 knife set on cyber Monday and am thrilled to pieces with it. If you’re new to knives, read the care instructions on the back of the package to learn how to keep them in top shape. Any knife will have some oxidation if not properly cared for. I have had no problems with oxidation on any of the Linoroso knives. Great buy!

These knives are not stainless steel. I have one of the with oxidation already.

bought these as a gift, they feel very sturdy and my mom says they are working great and are really sharp, time will tell how well they keep an edge
