Great reeds
We buy these reeds regularly for my daughter. Decent enough quality for a high-school level oboe player. We've never had any issue with receiving poor quality reeds; wrapped well, sound is good. Just wish the price was lower, but then she'd have to play the clarinet.

Great for beginners
Reed is softer, so great for beginners or intermediate players. You may have to clip the top or scrape it a little based on the reed and player, mine came flat, but I cut the top and it plays fine.

A little reedy
The reeds play pretty well, but the tone is not as resonant as I am used to. Good value for money, though.

….
Not pink/purple and Unable to make any noise. I will say my daughter is a first year oboist, but she has no problems with other reeds purchased from other sellers. We have purchased twice from this seller and she was unable to use either reed.

Decent but has a bright tone, good for beginners
I started playing oboe 6 months ago and when buying reeds I went to my local music store and bought what they had. This was the brand so when the time came to get new reeds I just ordered the same brand off of Amazon (my “local” music store is 45 minutes away so buying online was easier) they are good reeds for beginners, easy to get a sound out of them, however the tone for these reeds is incredibly bright (for oboe you want a dark tone not a bright tone). Also it was hard to play quietly, now most would blame that on the player but I have been playing clarinet for about 5 years and playing quietly comes very easily to me, so when picking up the oboe I was surprised how difficult it was to play softly. I thought maybe it was me for the longest time but then after experimenting with some different reeds I discoverers that it this particular brand of reeds is just hard to play softly on. Overall they where decent reeds for beginners but after about a few months I would recommend upgrading to a better reed (singing dog oboe reeds are also very good beginner reeds) or even better start learning how to make your own reeds! I hope this helps another young musician on their journey of learning the oboe!

Love this product
We've tried different brands and weights. This one is perfect for my middle school daughter who has been playing for 5 years! We've bought 3 so far and will continue to buy this reed.

Oboe reed
I liked how it arrived quick and that it was a unique oboe because of the color. Also worked great with my daughters oboe.
