The top should twist off, however i found this item was very poorly made, mine broke within a year .. the glue holding the lid was obviously cheap

This bottle leaks!

The bottle leaks from the stopper and you have to keep the bottle upright! Also makes a weird wet soggy sound when you pump it. Not great!

Lovely colour but doesn't work as it should

When I first bought this I thought it was gorgeous. The colour was amazing but I bought it for a Christmas present for my daughter to put her perfume in it but she used it once and hasn't worked since and has leaked also.
