TURBRO 5.3Gal/20L Commercial Humidifier, for Rooms Up to 2000 sq ft

Unbelievable! After trying several other systems, the "evaporative" type with loud fans and a huge wicking filter, I finally took a chance with this and it's simply amazing. First of all, totally silent. I mean literally, you can stand right next to it and you have to really try hard to hear it. With my other system, you couldn't hear the TV because of the fan noise. You don't even know this thing is there. It just silently does it's job. Secondly, it emits a tremendous amount of humidity with this cool mist. Warm mist would be nice but I don't feel it. I placed on the balcony overlooking the living room and I'm able to keep a 2700 sq. ft. home at 50%, no problem. It just sits there and quietly does it's thing. Very easy to refill.

After trying several noisy, inefficient messy evaporator humidifiers, we purchased this ultrasonic evaporator for our home. Quality Product! VERY QUIET! Super effective. Really put out! Several easily re-configurable output tube accessories included to customize output direction(s). We set it up in a corner and barely know its there. Easy to clean. Phone app wifi and hand-held remotes work great! Reasonable price. Fast shipping. Well packaged. Many features for the price point. Works great! I would buy again, and I recommend this product!! Based on reviews claiming cracking, I easily removed 4 wheels to eliminate 4 focused points of stress on the bottom. The weight of the humidifier is now distributed over the entire bottom surface. If you still need to move the humidifier after removing its wheels, you could use a potted plant dolly. For filtered water, we use a Brita charcoal filter pitcher to fill.

I wanted to try an ultrasonic humidifier instead of my existing evaporative one because I was tired of replacing the filters. My evaporative humidifier does fine with tap water, while this one absolutely needs RO or distilled water. This humidifier is difficult to fill with water, and DOES NOT roll well at all - risking you dumping water all over the floor. The top is difficult to take off, whether you do just the lid or the entire upper compartment. The mist sent by this humidifier is pretty at first, but quickly becomes a nuisance. Unless you want to put this thing in the middle of your room (who does?) it's going to get mist all all over everything nearby, which will damage walls and furniture over time. While this thing can evaporate lots of water quickly, it seems to do so in a localized mist which just leaves things nearby it moist, and the rest of your house dry. I could have bought a year or two work of filters for my existing cooler for the price of this one - and I wish I did.

For some reason, this winter has been extra dry. My regular bedroom humidifier wasn't keeping up. This is amazing. It comes with plugs for the tree part so that you can block the mist from the wall/electronics if needed. There are attachments to make it go which ever direction you need. It puts out quite a mist and works for my entire apartment (1200 sq ft). Took me less than 5 mins to set it up via the app, but does not work with Google Home. My only complaint is that there aren't any handles on the bottom water bin. There are wheels to roll it when it's full to the final location, but steering it to get there without a handle of some sort is a tad difficult. It also makes it impossible to fill in the tub and lift out when it's full. Easy to work around all that though if you use a bucket to regularly fill it from the top pour in- which is another wonderful feature.

We got this to replace an evaporative humidifier. We’ve been using this for a few months. PROS: *This can truly humidify a whole home. It puts out a large amount of mist. It ran continuously when we had a subzero temps and was able to maintain humidity levels. *Adjusting humidity and mist volume is very easy. *Decorative lights and water level light can be turned on and off with the remote or on the control panel. The water level light is really nice. There is a sleep setting that turns off all the lights, but the humidifier continues to operate. This isn’t timed, so you need to turn it off when you want to allow the lights and panel to operate. *Compared to an evaporative humidifier, the noise level is barely audible. CONS: *While this can be used for whole home humidification, it really is better suited to greenhouse use. The minimum humidity level is 45%. This is higher than recommended for homes. *When it is running continuously, the white dust accumulation is significant. Even with extra ceramic beads, we constantly have to clean the white dust throughout the house. I would highly recommend this for something like greenhouses or where the white dust accumulation isn’t an issue. I am really disappointed we couldn’t find a way to control the white dust short of buying distilled water as I am really pleased with this unit otherwise. We will likely return to an evaporative while home humidifier because of this.

My humidity in the house had gotten down to 5% during this winter, but after running less than a day this humidifier has gotten it up to 22%. The app installed easily on my phone. I've had to fill the humidifier 2x in less than a day because of how dry my air was and how well it is working - I love the huge water tank. Points: one issue I've contacted support about is that the app shows the temperature as 0 degrees F. It's never changed, although displayed on the device correctly. It's an app issue. It's absolutely silent. Water level tank light is very helpful. Humidity displayed on humidifier is always going to be higher than the actual humidity of the room, apparently the sensor picks up the surrounding misty air. I'm not sure if the extended misting nozzles would change that, for my location the short one is best for me. I'll try them later on.

It seems the one sent was defective, however, the humidifier did not function right out of the box. The humidifier power was turned on. But Nothing function works. The light-changing feature turned on, I tried refilling the full water before giving up. It still nothing functions. Too bad. Reached out to company support before returning (as they request you do) no response. Customer service was no help in my situation. I tried to send a message to the seller to find out how to resolve the issue, I hoped I could get a solution, but never received any response from the seller. For products that have no warranty after-sales service, please stay away from this product and this buyer. It's just what I wanted - compact, lightweight, and looked nice lit up. But it will be returned. Very disappointed in the product's warranty support services and poor quality control. It doesn't deserve 1 star at all, if there were zero stars, I would choose it to be zero stars.
