Best collagen for hair skin and nails
The best product. I have used this daily for the last 2 years. I have recommended it to many people. This type of collagen (marine type 1/3) is really effective for healthy skin and strong hair and nails. I have personally noticed a massive, noticeable improvement in my hair and nails. This product is great value for money, there isn’t much a smell at all really can be added to coffee or any hot drink. It’s easy to use just add 2 scoops to any drink. The container should last just over a month. Really great product definitely recommend.

Ich bin mit dem Kollagenpulver insgesamt zufrieden. Es lässt sich einfach dosieren und gut in Getränke einrühren. Die Verpackung ist praktisch und enthält eine gute Menge für mehrere Wochen. Geschmack und Anwendung sind für mich angenehm. Ob sich langfristig deutliche Veränderungen bei Haut, Haaren oder Nägeln zeigen, kann ich noch nicht abschließend beurteilen. Good price and works well. My partner had an illness recently and had some hair loss as a result of his immune system being shot. This has definitely helped with his hair’s regrowth. I’ve been taking it too and my nails have never been stronger. It doesn’t really have a taste. In fact there is almost an absence of taste which is a bit disturbing. Stick it in lukewarm water and a bit of instant coffee, neck it, and you’ll be grand. Apparently it’s also meant to be anti-aging but, alas I’m still in the very early stages of middle age.
