This item is sold as a Nespresso compatible capsule, and it is not. I cant use it and it is not returnable. What shall I do with it ? Does Amazon know that this is sold as compatible with Nespresso machines and it is not ?, Ando on top of that, I can't return it ?

Many of the pods have a little air in the pods. These pods seem to have gone bad and taste off
