Powerful, fast, easy to use, supports M2.NVMe 2280 PCIe SSD internally, expensive but worth it
Matched with a modern Apple Silicon Mac running Ventura connected via Thunderbolt4 it "just works", and is very fast, easy to connect and use, versatile, did I mention fast? The main downsides are: it does run fairly warm - today with ambient at 26.0 deg.C it measures 42.1 deg.C (over the top logo area) and it needs a fair bit of shelf or desk space around it by the time everything is all plugged in and in use.Used with current 1080MB/s external SSD it's astoundingly fast. All the Thunderbolt and USB peripherals have worked fine too. Also recommend installing the M2.NVMe 2280 PCIe SSD internally, it works very well with my Mac.Overall: recommended.

"The device dissapeared" Mac Error
We have 4x of these at work connected to 4x Mac Studio 2023. All of the device have a strange error where connected USB devices will unmount.. but the Mac gives an error ove never swen before "device dissappeared". Super annoying when you are copying camera cards as you have to check it copied fully and didn't "disapear". Not impressed. - plugging in the same card readers direct to the Mac studio cannot replicate the problem.. so 100% issue with the superdock.

Solid kit
I've had this a couple of days, and it just all works. It's very reliable so far, like my MBP M1Pro.One TB4 port now connects 4k webcam, usb Mic, headset, internal M2 and external SSDSs without missing a beat.I'm getting about 700-800 MB from the cheap internal 4T M2 SSD, which is good enough.Worth the money..

Generally works… wouldn’t buy again.
Generally works, prone to connection issues, have to unplug and plug in to pc frequently. Also causes PC to freeze during boot on occasion. Not as wonderful as presented in the advertising!Trying to make it work, but next time I will look elsewhere for a more reliable device.
