Timeless Squalane Oil 100% Pure, Plant-Based Dry Oil, 1 fl oz

I started using this Squalane oil to help calm and rehydrate my skin after retinol, and it’s quickly become a favorite. The texture is light and feels good on my skin, not oily. I also like that it’s fragrance-free and layers well with the other moisturizing products in my routine. If you use too much it can feel a bit slick at first, but it absorbs quickly. Good size and quality at a student friendly price. Highly recommend if you want to add a product that helps even out skin tone, boosts hydration and won’t clog pores.

I bought this oil to use on my face while dermaplaning with my Michael Todd Sonicsmooth dermaplane tool. After my first attempt at dermaplaning without any oil, I did notice redness (I have rosacea) and afterward had researched what I could use in the future to try and keep the redness down. And what I learned was that, if I used squalene oil, it would help with my redness problem. So when I used the oil I did notice a big difference as there was little redness afterward. Plus, my face felt really good as it wasn't tight or dry. In fact, the oil felt so good on my face, I have started to use it every day as I blend it in with my moisturizer. And since doing that, I've noticed that it really has made a difference with my skin as it looks so much brighter, clearer and healthier. I'm really impressed with this oil!

Fantastic product, I’ve been using it for about 7 years. This Squalane oil is light weight, odorless, and tasteless (I use it on my lips too), and great for my sensitive skin. It’s hydrating without being greasy, it absorbs quickly and gives me a bit of a healthy glow. I get compliments on my skin and people think I’m a younger than I am. If I have a skin irritation this is the first thing I reach for, since it mimics the skin’s natural oils. Works well on superficial (1st degree) burns, penetrates the nail bed to keep nails healthy, softens lips, just all around good stuff. It lasts me a long time too.

I’ve tried multiple brands - The Ordinary, Everyday Beauty, Shankara, Indie Lee, and this one. I have also tried more than just squalane - I have tried sweet almond oil, rosehip, jojoba, argan, coconut oil (do not use this, especially if you are acne-prone) and blue tansy oil. When it comes to squalane, I have used both squalane derived from olives and from sugar cane. After trying all of these, I’ve come to write my thoughts for those who are skeptical and look carefully into every product like I do. First and foremost, I have very acne-prone skin that is super dry. My skin is rather sensitive. I always thought I had combination skin, but ever since I started using oils on my skin it balanced out well. I see a lot of reviews on aging that will be more helpful than mine. I am in my 20s, and while anti-aging is important to me, the product addressing signs of aging is not my biggest concern and I haven’t noticed it make any difference on the “stress wrinkles” I do have, but I don’t think it’s designed for that. Out of all of the oils and brands I have tried, this one is my favorite for my face and neck. There is no added fragrance to this product, which is a must for me. It hydrates well and leaves a soft-to-the-touch layer that is very thin and more “natural glow” than shiny. I don’t wear makeup often (since practically any foundation breaks me out) so I may not be the best judge, but I find that it plays well with makeup when I wear it and does not cause any kind of product separation or streakiness/blending issues. If you’ve used any of the other oils I mentioned above, this one is going to be the thinnest consistency. I definitely feel it is the best for acne-prone skin as well. If you have acne-prone skin, I definitely advise using a website to check your other products for how comedogenic they may be (even if your product states it’s non-comedogenic). I do not use this in combination with any other moisturizer, but have tried it before and it mixed well & amped up the moisturizing factor. If you have never used an oil, it is going to take some time to get used to doing it. Just like how there’s an adjustment period for getting used to using a cream cleanser or oil cleanser. This also works well on hands and on hair. If you have fine hair like me, it’s best to use it very sparingly and avoid the roots. Overall, I highly recommend this product and it exceeds the performance of other oils and brands I have used. No matter how many times I tried to see if the grass is greener with other brands, I’m ultimately back to this one. I would advise transferring it to another bottle, as the white glass is completely opaque. This is a design I wish they’d change. I also noticed that the “cap” for the dropper bottle separates after a while, which I presume is from the adhesive being weakened from the oil. The bottle feels nice and does not feel cheap.

I am surprised at how much I absolutely love this Squalane oil from Timeless Skin Care. I ordered it on Prime day just to try it out and so glad I did. This will go in my 'reorder' list. I love my K-Beauty but this one is a winner. It's plant based, which is important to me. Fragrance-free Though it's an oil, it's not greasy. And when I mix it with a little moisturizer, omg! it glides on my skin so beautifully, and I have this beautiful glow. And, it absorbs nicely too. My last Squalane oil kept my face too greasy but this one does absorb so nicely. No irritation to my Rosacea-prone skin. Even without mixing it with moisturizer it absorbs nicely. Very hydrating. It's not thick but what you'd expect from a lightweight oil. Just love it!

This Squalane oil is absolutely fantastic. There are a lot of higher priced brands out there that I have tried, and this particular oil seems to work just as well, if not better, as the higher prices brands. Why pay more for a big brand name when you can buy this brand and receive a high quality oil for much less? Squalane oil USED to be derived from Squalene which is from shark liver, but because of environmental laws it is now synthesized from olives and not shark liver. So, don't worry about the sharks, and don't worry about Squalene...this is Squalane derived from olives, which has loads of benefits in of itself. This Squalane oil moisturizes and replenishes the skin amazingly. It absorbs beautifully, is completely odorless and colorless and makes my skin feel absolutely amazing. I'm 33 with combination skin that is prone to breakouts, blackheads and dry flaky patches. Squalane Oil really helps balance my skin and helps keep flakiness, large pores, and breakouts at bay while deeply moisturizing my skin. It also makes makeup apply better and decreases the tendency of makeup looking cakey. This has been really noticeable for me because as I've gotten older makeup seems to look more heavy, more cakey (regardless of what I use), and settles into pores and/or lines more easily. Since using Squalane oil I have noticed a significant decrease in these issues. You only need about a dime size drop of this oil for your entire face and neck. Any more than that you'll be wasting oil and will probably feel more oily than you will like. This bottle is quite large and is absolutely beautiful, IMO. It's classy and modern and just feels really well made. The frosted glass adds a sophistication and it isn't an eye sore sitting on my counter if I forget to put it away. The dropper works as it should and is quite large and easy to handle and dispense. I also recommend using a drop on any tattoos you may have. I use oils on my tattoo daily and Squalane has been the best at keeping my tattoo deeply hydrated and bright (Maracuja oil also works well for this, but I am really loving Squalane better). I couldn't recommend this Squalane oil more. It's a high quality product with a beautiful bottle at an affordable price. I highly recommend using Squalane oil to keep your skin healthy and moisturized, especially if you have sensitive skin and keep trying to find moisturizers that work without breaking the bank, breaking you out or causing more issues than they help. I will definitely be repurchasing this again when this bottle runs out, which won't be for quite awhile.

I think I’m more prone to acne when I don’t use it. This stuff is amazing. Moisturizes without any heavier creams to clog pores and cause breakouts. Great multipurpose item for face and body moisturizing, for make up removal, for cuticles, etc. After showering, before drying off, apply very lightly, then dry any areas still needing it. Soaks in quickly so don’t worry if it feels too heavy at first. Much faster way to moisturize than applying lotion and waiting for it to dry. Doesn’t take much to work so if it doesn’t soak in within 5 minutes or so, then you used too much but the excess wipes off easily without wiping off the moisturizing affect. Works great to soothe sunburned or flakey skin spots too, Very cost effective and works better than any other face moisturizer I’ve tried. Great value at this size. I buy the empty small glass bottles and transfer directly into them for travel purposes or if I want to keep a bottle elsewhere. Also great to use on feet at night and then cover with the silicone socks or regular socks. The only area where it didnt work great ( not bad but just not effective at all - did nothing really) is for chapped lips. With this large size, I don’t feel bad wiping off any excess of what didn’t soak in so it makes it very fast to apply without having to be careful about it. Just pull your hair back if using on the face until it soaks in, but once it does, it won’t get in your hair anymore than any other face makeup would.

Did not break me out but Did absolutely nothing to my skin. I use it to melt away make up now because have to make some use of it. Stupid product, don’t recommend it!

El producto es tal cual la descripción, pero en sí no lo he encontrado especialmente bueno. El de coco sigue siendo bastante mejor y más económico.

I have used this product every night and it’s so lightweight where it doesn’t feel like I have oil on my skin and it melts into my skin I wake up to glowy skin
