Wasnโt missing any!
4 came in the pack. Never took my controller apart but I did find the spring in the trigger broken. Replaced spring and tested. Works 100% now! Perfect!

Fixes trigger
Fixed the trigger problem I had for the R2 button

Only 3 springs.
It only came with 3 springs instead of 4. Luckily I only had 1 trigger to fix.

Fix for hair/overly sensitive trigger
Had a r2 that was overly sensitive. Tore apart and seen was missing. Replaced with this and works as should.

Only 3 springs
Only 3 springs were in the bag. I have 2 controllers so instead of replacing all 4 springs across both controllers, I instead opted to replace the 2 broken R2 springs and keep 1 in reserve for a future break. Not worth the trouble to return, but definitely enough for 1 star
