makes short work mincing chunks of meat
good mincer no problems with chunks of meat ,but making sausages just did not work , the tube just keeps popping out of the round holder as soon as the meat hits it , I put it on one way then the other way round . what ever way I set it up it will not stay together . any pressure and it pops out ,

Erstens würde ich es als solides Gerät loben, zweitens führe ich einen falschen Marketing-Schachzug an! Es geht um den Anschluss für Würstchen, der im Set fehlt (ich behaupte dasselbe auf dem Foto)! Ohne diesen Ring, der den zentralen „Spiral“-Schaft schützt, gibt es keine Arbeit! Große Öffnungen am Ring ermöglichen einen normalen Masse-/Fleischfluss! Aufgrund des Fehlens desselben nur 3 Sterne!
