Oh my gosh these stars are the BEST quality pimple patches I have found for the best price. I can’t afford the expensive ones at Target that cost 2-3x as much for a fraction of the quantity. I’ve bought packages of these patches over and over again, dozens of times. I unfortunately have some health conditions that cause oily skin and hormonal acne that worsens exponentially around my time-of-the-month. My husband likes to call my face a beautiful constellation during that time. 😆 These are the only things that make a true, quick difference in lessening the severity of my acne. The patches utilize the same mechanism of action on bacteria that hydrocolloid bandages use in the medical field (on a smaller scale). In laymen’s terms, it suffocates the bacteria’s access to oxygen, forcing them to come to the surface of the skin, and the patch absorbs the fluid and gunk. This severely reduces inflammation, prevents worsening infection, and promotes quicker healing. Every night I wash and dry my face thoroughly, I apply the stars, then I carefully apply my liquid facial products to the exposed skin (avoid the areas around the stars so they don’t come unstuck). **That being said, I do NOT recommend buying the sparkly style of stars if you intend to use them on your face/neck. They are beautiful and work well on big, flat skin surface areas (like your chest or back), but they are made out of a thicker, less malleable material that doesn’t adhere well to curved places (like your face).

These are awesome! Really cute, multiple sizes, and I like the colors. I stuck one on a giant (a little over a nickel-sized) cyst and it is significantly less inflamed (close to flat). Typically, cysts that size hang around for two-ish weeks for me, so this seems to help. No word on if it has any impact on scarring.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These acne patches work amazingly well! They stick securely to the skin, even overnight, and are comfortable enough that I barely notice I’m wearing them. By the next morning, my pimples look smaller, less red, and much less noticeable. The patches are thin, discreet, and easy to use, making them perfect for both daytime and nighttime. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely keep buying them. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an effective and convenient solution for breakouts.

I bought these for my teenage daughter because these colorful star pimple patches seem to be all the rage with kids these days. I’ll admit I was a little skeptical and figured they were probably more about looking cool than actually doing anything—but they surprisingly work pretty well. She puts one over a pimple and, after wearing it for a while, you can actually see where the patch has absorbed fluid from the blemish into the center of the star. So, while she gets to walk around with colorful stars on her face and somehow consider that fashionable, they’re actually serving a purpose at the same time. The only downside we’ve noticed is that they can leave a slight red mark where the patch was after removing it. In our experience, the redness goes away after a short period of time, so it hasn’t been a major issue. These have turned out to be a pretty good purchase. If you have a teenager who wants something a little more fun than a plain acne patch, these seem to offer the best of both worlds—they look cool (according to my daughter, anyway) and actually help with pimples.

So I made fun of these, as an older adult I thought it was silly to wear something that draw attention to a zit. However, when I broke out for whatever reason I quickly ran to try anything to get rid of my zits, after many creams I turned to this and I'm so happy I did. It's not as noticeable as I thought and it actually looks cute, and the best part..IT WORKS!! My zit was gone in 24 hours after it was there for days ...so anyone on the fence, buy it!! It works and it doesn't look as obvious.

Super effective at removing gunk and calming irritation from pimples within a few hours! Great bang for your buck, does exactly what any of the (RIDICULOUSLY overpriced) Starface patches do. They do leave a slight sticky residue behind but for how well they work and for how cheap I don’t find that to be much of a drawback.

Cute and really help avoid the view of a pimple especially when you’re a nurse like me and have to be up close to patients. I love that it brings all colors and packs but i do feel the only reason i give 3 stars is because I’m unsure if they have the best stick. I find that they fall off my face easily when i sleep which compared to other brands they don’t and they don’t pull whatever excess pimple you might have left which sometimes i have to simply pop because i can just leave that area covered. Would give another try if they were more sticky time will tell..
