Nice coffee - good creama
I've tried a few of the LAvazza beans. This is proably my favourite for everyday coffee and cappucino in a expresso machine. Good creama, smooth with a sharpish finish - but it is up to you if you want that finish - just reduce the extration time a couple of seconds to increase smoothness and reduce acidity. Nice and fresh and I think a good balance of cost vs. quality

Ich bin von den Lavazza Espresso Barista Gran Crema Kaffeebohnen begeistert. Ist für mich der perfekte Allrounder zum guten Preis, wenn es mal nicht die teuren Kaffeebohnen von der privaten Rösterei nebenan sein müssen. Die Intensität von 7/10 ist genau richtig: kräftig genug für einen aromatischen Espresso, aber nicht zu stark oder bitter. Verwende die Kaffeebohnen im Siebträger und trinke es hauptsächlich als Cappucino und die Bohnen liefern konstant hervorragende Ergebnisse. Die 1-kg-Packung bietet zudem ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
