New Cylinder Body - 2 Stroke Gas Motor Kit 66cc/80cc - Gas Motorized Bicycle

Took less than 24hrs to arrive, RIDICULOUSLY well packaged, overkill almost, i build and sell and ride a motorized bike as my daily, so i have purchased, built, used, repaired, and modified at least dozens of these engines, and i can honestly say this is the VERY first impeccably flawless cylinder I've ever seen. The extra few $ was more than worth it, and the paint job is auto paint, not that cheap flaky ֆհịէә that's usually haphazardly sprayed onto hundreds at once with overspray visible everywhere. This is the 4th time I've purchased from CDH Power and I'm now a convinced dedicated customer and fan. Comparatively this cylinder vs reg china crap is like the difference between using 2000grit sandpaper vs smashing something with a sharp rock. (No comparison)

Worked perfectly but man I play games and this happened tonight lol time for a phantom wraith by the end of the week now haha

Decent cylinder. Ports were already cleaned up and the outside exhaust bolt hole had been poked through when whoever cleaned the exhaust port. Intake port looked untouched. I chamfered the inside edges and JB welded studs into the exhaust port. Bolted it down to a OG 6mm bolt case.

Before I purchase this jug, other stated the holes were wider is why I was hoping it was. I stuck my finger beside my baby finger inside the exhaust side and it made through the opposite inside wall. With curious review I further examined both holes and it appears to been wider. I compared it with my ported old cylinder and really didn't see much of a difference. I personally port my cylinders but my last porting took the motor longer to maxed out. And it struggled to take off. I decided NOT to port this cylinder and BOY, the same 1 Yr China doll took off - you can feel the pull as you crack it open. Top speed of 43mph. I'm more impressed with start to mid-range pull. Thank seller.

I can’t speak for everyone but I think this engine block is really good quality. The finish on it is way better than the paint on the stock motor blocks. For the price it’s very well made. Only issue was that there was some paint inside the exhaust and intake ports but it’s no issue just a flaw

Very good cylinder. Much better than my previous cylinder, it's got nice smooth intake and exhaust ports. The intake and exhaust ports are also much bigger.

It was damage in some spots i want a refund or a differnt part i got the same part last time and it wasnt like that

Ports are rough and the paint is cover where the gaskets are meant to be

Dont mind the black piston, the weather where i am changes day by day and its hard to keep up with the air fuel mix. Not to mention that i mix canola oil instead of 2 stroke oil. But i am very impressed with all the things i buy from CDH Power. I bought a 56t sprocket a little while ago and this cyl i bought last year but just recently installed it. Really good quality parts.
