I don’t specifically know if it is because it’s in Korean, but I haven’t had any problem with it and I’m prone to breakouts .

Is this water resistant?

It is not rated as being water resistant, but if you do go into water, you should reapply afterwards and every two hours thereafter, as with most sunscreens

Is this good for oily skin and does this have a white cast?

This sunscreen has a non-greasy velvet finish which makes it suitable for oily skin. Also, this sunscreen is chemical sunscreen that doesn't leave a white cast.
