Easy to use, does the job
Only used it once so far, but I used it on several different items ranging from cotton to polyester to rayon to other random blends. It handled all of them easily and erased the wrinkles. I like the upright form factor. Heats up fast so it's convenient. I like that you can press the steam button once and let it go and it continues to steam until you press it again so that you don't have to hold it the whole time. It's nice that it has different intensity levels but I didn't need to adjust it for anything that I have (yet). I got it "on sale" for about 55 USD, and I don't think it's worth more than that (such as the 75 that is its listed price). For the "sale" price, I'd recommend it.

Surprisingly Effective Despite a Rough First Impression
When I received the product, the box looked as if someone else had bought it before and returned it. I also noticed that the spot where the brush attaches seemed a bit forced, almost like someone had tried to push it in the wrong way. Honestly, my first reaction was to return it. But I needed it right away, so I decided to give it a chance before making any decisions. The only thing I would mention is that the water tank is small and runs out quickly, especially with larger garments. Even so, I still give it 5 stars. We used to have a formal steamer that only left everything wet, but this little one truly removes wrinkles right away. It has helped me in a pinch and keeps my clothes looking neat without making things complicated. I’m grateful it worked as well as it did.

Not as good as an actual iron or dry cleaners but excellent for "I made an effort" casual
This steamer won't create a freshly ironed/straight from the dry cleaner 100% wrinkle free effect, but does an excellent job for day to day, 'I made an effort' look. It depends on the fabric... I ordered this for next day delivery after I realized a shirt (synthetic fibers) I wanted to wear to an event the next night had fallen off the hanger and had been sitting and gathering wrinkles. Usually I wash on gentle in a garment bag, and if I hang it to dry immediately, gravity takes the wrinkles out. I didn't have enough time to do this and still have time for it to dry completely. For a lightweight poly/cotton blend, the steamer did take out every single wrinkle. While it was hot, I tried it on another lightweight 100% cotton shirt I usually dry clean, and it took out 'most' of the wrinkles, or took it to from a point of not wanting to be seen in public with it, to it being acceptable (kind of the same state as though it had been ironed, but had been worn for a few hours). I then tried it on a pretty thickly woven 100% linen tunic that I usually dry clean but had tried to wash and hang by hand to save money. Before I got the steamer, I was about to resort to taking it to the dry cleaners, but.... the steamer did struggle a bit, but after several minutes it did become 'has been worn for a few hours' wrinkly vs creased all over with wrinkles. If I had spent a lot more time and used more finesse with it, I likely might have been able to get all the wrinkles out, but I decided this one may be one to just keep taking to the cleaner. In sum, for some synthetics or synthetic blends, it's great. For more naturally prone to wrinkle fibers, it is great for a more casual and presentable, 'I didn't just pulled this off of the floor' look. I wouldn't count on it for a more formal or crisp look for say, job interviews. Plan ahead and drag out the ironing board or take it to a dry cleaners instead. H However, If you are like me and can't stand ironing or, if you don't want to continue to spend an arm and a leg at the dry cleaner for less formal wear that could really be washed on gentle cycles and hung to dry and be fine with a quick but not perfectly crisp de-wrinkling, this is a great investment. Aside, it does heat up pretty quickly. If you give it a good couple of minutes rather than the 40 seconds the instructions say, it will be more effective. The whole to fill up the water is a bit small and awkward, but do-able with a little creativity. I didn't have distilled water on hand, but tap water in my area isn't that hard, so I'm not going to bother with buying jugs of distilled water from the store. If you are constantly struggling with lime and calcium residue in your bathroom, ya, I'd get distilled water, but if your build up is very minimal... up to you.

Great “Weighty” Product
Great quality product. Works as described. Heats quickly. Items look new again. Only negative is the weight.

Works Great on Small Clothing Too
I bought this steamer for general use, but lately I've been using it constantly to steam wrinkles out of doll clothes and outfits before photographing them. It heats up quickly, is easy to handle, and does a great job getting wrinkles out without having to drag out an ironing board. I've been very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

I never had a problem with anything I purchased I purchased this steamer it worked VERY WELL! Now it’s not sending out any steam! I just want a new steamer. Why should I have to pay for something that doesn’t work. If it had stoped before the 30 days I would have reported it. I am a value customer! I just want a new steamer! It stop working on its own I don’t complain for nothing. Give me a number so I can talk to someone please!

Bulky and a bit tiring but works
Not as good as I read on previous reviews but still did a pretty good job. The best thing is it didn't spit water like some ive used but it's really big for one and it's also heavy. If you just had an arm day at the gym or have carpal tunnel or weak in general, this isn't for you. I did a quarter of the shirt and it nearly took the whole water reservoir. I still have the other sides to go but I did just do arms yesterday at the gym so I needed a break! Lol The 3 in 1 attachment is really hard to put on, i just gave up and will make my fiance do it later. With the water reservoir it is a super tiny area to fill the water so you do need like a measuring cup with a spout or something. It does heat up very fast and the material I steamed was polyester and spandex but looks and feels similar to silk. My wedding dress is silk so I wanted to see how it would do with a similar material. I'm planning on taking it with me to my destination wedding but my goodness it's large.. I will be taking a very large suitcase but still.. this is likely best as an at home steamer.

Good
The steamer works well enough for light wrinkles and heats up fairly quickly. However, it takes longer than I expected on heavier fabrics, and I found myself needing multiple passes. It's decent, but not perfect. There are always have water stains on the heater

Wrinkles gone
Not sure if this would take wrinkles out of fabric....wrong, very hot steam comes out & wrinkles disappear. Did new drape panels that came wrinkles & steam removed completely. You do need to purchase distilled water for this steamer, very worth the money & recommend hand held steamer.

Waste of money
An absolute waste of money. I switched it on and a blue light came on for a second and went off again. After repeatedly unplugging and plugging back in the steamer showed no sign of working and did not warm up. Extremely disappointed

Stopped working after two days
The idea of a steamer is nice. When this Conair arrived I tried it twice and it worked well, except a bit of leaking what I thought it could be my fault. But day three the Conair is only leaking hot water what I even find dangerous. No steaming anymore. Do not by this product.
