Great product. If you’re having trouble swallowing them, dip them in coconut oil first.

I have not used them long enough as of yet, but so far I have no complaints.They seem to be working well. Possibly in the future these could be my go to after a few uses.

This is the best EAA supplement for the price. I only take 3-5 at a time to start my day/maintain a fasted state. This allows me to spread it over 2 months.If I were worried about calories, I’d take more but I’m a hard gainer lol
