I bought this for my daughter on recommendation from her GI doctor that we use a powdered nutritional supplement to help her with her weight gain and gut health issues. The ingredients seemed super clean and healthy so I bought two containers. It was fairly expensive but I figured for the quality I was willing to make the sacrifice. When I received the items I was horribly disappointed to see that the company uses sucralose, which multiple studies have shown to damage healthy gut bacteria. My daughter has a very difficult time with her gut and any imbalance causes her pain and distress so I opted not to give it to her. I attempted to return the unopened items and it was a terrible experience. The only option to return them was to pay for the shipping and return them directly to the company. The customer service rep I spoke with issued me a pre-paid postage just before Christmas and I intended to return the package after the holiday rush. The day after Christmas I was told that the pre-paid postage had expired (I was not aware this was even a thing!). I went and had to pay out of pocket $17.22 to return the items. Most of my Amazon returns have been free of charge and I can just take them to a local drop off. Now I wait to see if I can be reimbursed for the purchase plus shipping costs. I do not recommend the product or the company.

Update: I've been using one of those shaker bottle with a metal ball in it. No more issues with graininess in the drinks. My son continues to drink almost everyday which is rare for a picky eater! Will definitely buy again.I have a very picky eater who tends to turn down protein rich foods on a regular basis. He happens to play intense sports and is active in general. So after doing some research and failing with a few other products we'd tried, I decided to test Nubest Tall and hoped that my son would actually take it or it would be pointless. I mixed a scoop in a glass of milk. It was hard to dissolve and needed to stir for a longer time. I got it to mix to a somewhat acceptable level. Luckily, my son liked it's taste and has continued to drink it without me badgering. I since then bought a shaker bottle that has a mixing ball in it. He now uses it to make himself a mix several times a week. Give it a try.
