Game Changer for the Winter Months! Highly Recommend!
This 17L/4.5Gal ultra-large humidifier has been an absolute lifesaver in our master bedroom, which is roughly 20x25 feet and gets super dry from our gas heating system during the winter. My wife insisted on getting it, and while I was pretty skeptical at first (I've tried smaller models before that didn't cut it), I'm now a total convert. It puts out a consistent, fine mist that covers the whole space evenly, and we've noticed a huge improvement in air quality โ no more waking up with dry throats, stuffy noses, or static electricity everywhere. On a full tank, it runs for days without needing a refill, which is perfect for overnight use. One minor downside is that when it's fully loaded with water, it's a bit heavy to carry (we fill it in the bathroom tub and move it across the room), but it's manageable even for my wife โ just takes a little extra effort. It does get a tad louder when the water level is low, signaling it's time for a refill, but overall, it's surprisingly quiet for its size and power. We both sleep with a white noise machine anyway, so the gentle water bubbling sound from this humidifier actually adds to the relaxing ambiance rather than disturbing us. If you're dealing with dry indoor air in a larger bedroom or living space, this is worth every penny. It's easy to clean, has intuitive controls, and has made a noticeable difference in our comfort. We've been using it nightly for a couple of months now, and I can't imagine going back. Five stars all the way!

So much more effective than small humidifiers from drug store or Walmart
Product is just as described. Very Quiet, puts out a lot of mist, remote is handy, electronic settings are handy and easy to select. I appreciate the custom humidity setting so that it turns off and on as needed. It holds a lot of water and is easy to fill (rather than roll to bathroom or kitchen, I just use a pitcher to fill from the top, no cap to unscrew or anything to take apart like small humidifiers). No filter to replace. Essential oil tray is nice bonus. The window showing the water level is small and water level below about halfway is not visible through clear window, but I purchased despite this for the larger water capacity, good price and other more important attributes. Since it is easy to add water itโs not a big deal. Really good product and value and makes my home more comfortable. I keep on a higher humidity setting so that the level of humidity is comfortable in all rooms throughout the house. Photo of temp and humidity reading is from a small thermostat in a room that is away from where I have the unit positioned in a central area. Highly recommend.

good, can be better designed
Pros: Humidifier works as expected. OK control panel. Did not try the remote. If it lasts, it will be a good investment since i produces a good amount of vapor and minimizes refills. Minuses (not really Cons): (how to make it a better product) - the handles are too small to easily carry the tank when it is full with water. Please redesign them and make them deeper/larger. - the center of gravity is too high when the tank is more than half full. We inadvertently pushed it twice and it fell with all water splashing around. Please redesign the base and find a way to lower the center of gravity. Workaround: I put a 10lbs weight at the bottom, make it much better, 20lbs will probably make it impossible to fall. - when removing the top when the water tank is empty, the remaining water in the pipe/pump falls and splashes everywhere if you are not taking precautions. Also the 3 top parts should be lockable to avoid taking them apart each time you need to fill the tank. Had good experience with pre-sale customer support.

Very Good Product at a Fair Price
Why would I give this product 5 stars? Because it is a very good product and a good value for the money. 1. I have been using a similar water capacity sized dehumidifier in my living room area. My old unit uses a paper type media where air is blown through to add moisture to the air. The filter elements require replacement from time to time and usually cost about $26.00, just for the filter media. Not to mention taking the old media out of the holder, disposing of a drippy wet mess in the trash, inserting the new filter into the bracket holder, inserting this into the water tank, then I have the chore of trying to get the rod holding the water sensor float aligned so the top goes back on the unit. You can avoid all the mess, expense, and frustration of the filter media systems by using the misting technology, which does not require any media/filters. 2. The unit using the misting method does not have a big blower to force air over/through a filter. The misting unit is whisper quiet and does not disturb your TV viewing or sleeping. Very quiet. 3. Stylish, the unit looks better than the filter units and perhaps hakes a bit less floor space as the design is higher and not squatted to the floor. It puts the misted air up where you need it. 4. The big blower filter units usually have a two-speed blower and a sensor to turn it off when the water gets low. The misting unit has a hydrometer sensor to detect the moisture level and can automatically adjust to the desired amount. The water pump is designed to hang down into the water tank eliminating the need for any guide rods and special switched to align when changing filters. Iโll say again, the misting system has no filters to replace. 5. It is easy to refill with water from the top, and it is high enough that you donโt have to stoop over with a heavy water container to refill. It also seems the unit is better at humidifying the air than the blower unit as you can see it happening. The most important reason is that my wife likes it.

Don't buy it!
Don't buy it! Filling the tank is a major chore. The rollers are too small to move easily. I have 12x12 inch tile and carpet. The rollers do not roll over the grout well. Carpet is just as bad. Also, you need to remove the mist tubes as they will fall off when you are moving it. In addition, the tank tips easily, dumping water onto your floor. I did not want to return this item due to the packaging and bulkiness. I moved it to my kitchen where I could use my sink hose to fill it thinking that would work. That was a disaster. The tear drop water gage is toward the bottom of the unit. I could never see the water level, so I kept taking the top off to fill it. However, the top section has a pump with a long tube that hangs into the tank. Therefore, when you remove the top, that part cannot sit level. As I was filling it, I realized water was pouring out the side. There are holes under the handles! My floor was flooded. After mopping, I assembled it once again. As I picked up the pump section, it had held water. Once again I made a mopping mess. By this time, I realized this unit was going to be nothing but a pain to deal with. Therefore, I am returning this product. It's ashame, as it produced a lot of lovely moisture.

Worth the price and can last 3-4 days without refilling it.
Super convenient with no more racing to refill it. I have lots of plants and they love the humidity.

Effective and Automatic
We suffer from sinus issues and dry skin during the heating seasons. Past years we have used two Honeywell Cool Moisture Humidifiers. These units only can put out a gallon of water a day each and you have to change the pads at some frequency (depending on water quality). The Hiswelle Ultrasonic humidifier has a lot of advantages. 1) Automatic control through humidity set point - puts out more mist if it senses the air is drier 2) large reservoir capacity 3) large output capacity - during dry periods the unit puts out about 3 gallons a day in automatic mode and likely more if you ran full time in manual 4) Very quiet and the water trickling sound is actually pleasant Two further comments: First, when setting the target humidity we set the control to about 20% higher than room target. This is because the mist falls around the machines sensor and thus it reads false high. Not an issue once you dial in the offset. Second, we use RO water for the unit so have not seen any mineral build up. I would be worried if we were using hard water. To summarize, excellent buy.

Right product to me.
I have used this for about 4 months, for now I do not have the issues as other mentioned.

Leaks water easily
What I despise about this humidifer is that there is a small glass window on the side that is nearly impossible to see through, so you can't actually tell if your next bucket of water is going to overflow. Once you overflow though, wow, it is just an explosion of water all over your floor.
