Wild & Organic Passion Flower Tincture - Relaxation, Calmness Support - 4oz

I will drink this in water throughout the day. I put it in a large mason jar and I do about three droppers and sip it throughout. I do maybe twice a day and it’s very relaxing. My Xanax and hydroxyzine don’t really work much for me anymore and this has been very nice. A higher dose definitely helps you gently fall asleep. also if you’re looking for a relaxing affect for anxiety or sleep try brewing lavender and mixing it with honey makes it less earthy tasting. I don’t mix the two. I’m pretty sure that would knock you out. Oh yeah, the taste is actually surprisingly mild and nice.

My mode wife recommended I use this. Around 36 weeks I was worrying and having some fear about labor and the size of my baby. I took this everyday for the rest of the weeks leading up to birth. I have had back pain most of my life the doctor tell me I have no caralege between my L4 and L 5 nothing has helped me but this OMG my back feels great now if it would only work for my knees it helps but not as much as it has for my back

Not a bad product, but not as thick, colorful, and rich as two others I've purchased and used more than once. One is Canadian-made, and the other touts itself as using "German technology". Still, it's a reasonably-priced choice worth trying. I'm still experimenting with it, with 5-HTP for insomnia. Also, this company's attention to customer satisfaction is superb.
