I bought this headset to use at work with a Polycom VVX410. Although we aren't a particularly busy office there are lots of times when I end up holding the phone between my ear and shoulder as I need both hands to look for client information. This has solved the problem perfectly. Call quality is perfect, no sound issues at all. Also love that I now have a handy mute button and volume control without having to use the buttons on the main phone itself. Well worth the money.

Update: They both weren't working anymore for different reasons but I e-mailed them via Amazon and they got back to me straight away and sent out another 2 pairs. Thanks for the excellent customer service. Really good value. We have Polycom VVX410 phones and they work perfectly. I love that is has a mute button which is really handy for when you need to speak to a colleague while you're on the phone. They are comfortable. Long wire. Perfect! Thanks.

I cannot complain about sound quality. Mic and the speaker is perfect for the price, especially once you up the mic gain on the actual phone. I work in IT support and a headset is a must! No more trying to balance a handset next to my ear. I would not like to wear it all day as there is no padding, but comfortable for the longest 30 min support calls.

Headband is way too big even on the smallest setting. I've had to pad it up to make it fit as I really needed to use it. Calls work ok but your own voice does not come through the headphones which is odd. Would not recommend !

My headset broke at work and l was desperate as l spend a lot of time on the phone. Ordered this one for a change as it had good reviews and received it the same day at 7pm, what excellent service! It meant that l didn’t have to go very long without a headset which l really appreciated. It is a lot more sturdy then my previous make and the microphone is a lot more stable. The sound quality is really good as well. I highly recommend it

Meaning to buy one a wired headset for a while for daily team meeting calls. Package Content: 1x wired headset with microphone This comes with a USB connection so it's a simple plug and play device. It does the job for a simple team meeting calls using teams and zoom. Do not expect the headset with great speakers for the price, if you are after like noise cancellation for listening to loud music then best you go for some expensive headsets. Does the job and value for money for teams call.

Use this product at work, great because I have one ear free I can speak to colleagues without taking it off or having to move a ear thing to the side. Comfortable, can wear it for long stretches, I have my ears pierced and it isn't irritating to the ear piercings like a previous headset I used

Loved this headset for abot 8 mos. Then it became fuzzy. No amount of adjusting it made it better... it did work perfectly. Same phone, no movement of the phone or other apparatus around at all. It was used daily 30-40 times a day. No problems at all - in a work from home environment matched well to a chunky land line desk phone i purchased just months prior. I hate the usual speaker phone settings that people use to have a hands- free set up- as the give-and take environment, causes stomping all over one another. Many of my clients are NYC, NJ, and other faster-talking folks, only a headset will do. I really want to re-order it. But don't want to take a chance on it crapping out agian. Using my work's Jabber application currently with calls dropped, etc. unimpressed. I want my old quality headset back, :( ***** UPdate on this reveiw! this vendor Wantek is so awesome. They read my reveiw, and knew i was dissatisfied. ( i didn't have to reach out to them!- AMAZING customer service!) they asked if i woudl be interested in getting a new unit to try. Of course, I agreed. They sent it immediately. I have been utilizing the new headset for several weeks now. NO feedback, no fuzziness. Clear precise tone. Sure beat the heck out of trying to converse with your clients via speaker phone, and everyone talking all over each other!! Great headset, I will update in a month or two to let you guys know about durability. My first unit may have been a random issue. :) These folks really care about their product, your satisfaction, and their reputation. KUDOS!!

Delivery to Ireland was fast. Headphones work perfectly and very happy with extra connections, but I don’t know how to change them if they are needed as may need electioneer to do it. I’m very happy
