Top quality product! I’ve been taking another brand of magnesium L-Theronate for about a year with some benefit but not very noticeable. I recently switched to this brand, the difference has been very noticeable…like WOW! I take 3 with dinner and now I’m sleeping deeply through the night, waking up feeling refreshed. My mind feels sharper too, more alert during the day. So glad I found this brand, it’s a winner.

Actually puts me to sleep but will make you very tired on wake up, worth it if your sleep quality is poor

Overall I'd say it's good, but it doesn't make me sleepy or tired. It feels like my sleep is lighter, and according to my Fitbit my sleep quality is lower when I take this right before bed. But maybe I need to take more than a single dose? 🤷 Really if your goal is to restore your magnesium stores this seems like a good supplement with few drawbacks. No laxative side effects. Seems to reduce muscle tension caused by vit d supplementation. The main downside is the capsules are huge and a single dose is 3x of them. It makes me feel like I'm taking a lot. In terms of sleep, I had better luck with my magnesium citramate from Thorne. But it had the laxative effect.

This is a great product at a good price. Helpful to relax the nervous system in a product that is easy on the digestion.

Definitely notice a difference in cognitive functions and sleep. I use other Sports Research products like the Vitamin D3 + K2... do your research to see if they'll work for you and ask your Physician or Pharmacist if they can affect any other medications you may take which may necessitate spacing which supplement you take and when. As for me 5 stars.

Very relaxing and calmed the anxiety that came with peri-menopause, I use the Magnesium Glycinate and the L-Threonate together at bedtime and it’s made a huge difference in mood and sleep!! I love that Sports Research is such a clean brand!!!
