We used these for a first grade glow day and I was surprised at how well they glowed under black light. They are a great size and the colors are pretty. They come in a great little organized box where you do not have to search for the letter you need. They seem to be a good quality and a good price for what you get. There were plenty of every letter. We were able to spell names of 19 students and did not run out of any letters.

The glow in the dark beads worked great. A little bit of white light goes a long way. If you go with the UV (black light), you get an amazing charge and beautiful glow effect. The beads were purchased for my Junior K. snow globe science project. Students were learning about patterns using colors, numbers, letters. This was a two part lesson. ** Part-1: Students created a pattern of letters with glow beads and colored beads. They then made a bracelet to take home. ** Part-2: Students created a pattern of letters and numbers and dropped them into snow globe. They would shake it up for random patterns.

These were a huge hit at girls camp. We made wax cord bracelets and used the glow in the dark beads for words. So cute and so much fun at night when they glow in the dark!

Great beads overall, but some did not glow as well as others. Works well with pony beads and 0.7 mm string. Clean letters and cuts and consistent fonts/formats.

The girls loved these beads and have used half of the beads to make gifts for other people and for themselves! They are adorable and do glow in the dark especially after being outside all day while the kids played.
