Hands down the greatest fiber supplement I’ve ever used. I’m on my eighth bag. The unflavored is actually tasteless and works perfectly in protein shakes, coffee, or mixed into yogurt. The chai flavor is delicious and tastes better than many coffeeshop chai’s i’ve had. The chocolate is also rich and smooth. Overall bio.me is my favorite way to increase fiber. It mixes easily and has never upset my stomach. Couldn’t recommend more

I was ready to do another mega dose of antibiotics, but tried this first. It makes a huge difference in how bad flair ups are and I'm finally becoming more regular. I definitely notice the days I skip this. Just be careful spacing it with meds y'all. Fiber will effect your meds being absorbed so you have to space it out. Oh and drink water! Or it don't work. I mix it in my latte and you can't taste it at all. 5 stars.

Unflavored as in no *added* flavors, but NOT flavorless. It has a distinct soap-like flavor. Blech. Also, does not mix completely in room temperature water. It creates a thick white sludge at the bottom of the glass that does mix in. It remains gritty. And probably worse, it did not give me the benefits of a fiber supplement. I was looking to replace my usual supplement that has been discontinued. This one messed with my good and regular body-process. I will keep looking.

Was looking forward to trying this new prebiotic powder since it’s unflavored and can be dissolved in any beverage. My main issue is the consistency. It doesn’t dissolve well in my lukewarm water in the morning which is how I take my liquid supplement powders. It clumps up instantly and has a gluey consistency which has to be vigorously whisked. Aside from that it is not bad tasting at all, albeit a bit chalky. So far after a few days of use I have had no abdominal discomfort, bloating or cramping. I have IBS-C and need to rely on products like Miralax to stay regular. Hoping after a month of usage I will see more results, but I don’t think I would continue to purchase this product for the price.

Works great! Mostly unflavored. If you mix with water there is a slight taste but not a horrible one. Mixes quite well and dissolves easily in room temp liquid.

This dissolves so easily into water (WITH A FROTHER!! Like the Amazon pages says to…. wild that so many people are leaving lower ratings for that) it truely is flavourless and I just have it with a glass of water first thing in the morning with some other supplements to help balance my hormones. It’s been about 2-3 weeks and feeling good so far!!

I am regularly constipated and have to eat a LOT of fiber to avoid it. I travel a lot therefore making sure I consistently get enough fiber is a source of stress for me and there's nothing worse than being constipated when I'm trying to work. This product is a bit of a godsend because I can ensure I reach a good part of my daily 15g dietary fiber goal easily. I usually put it in a drink (tea/coffee/pop) but it's worth mentioning it doesn't dissolve quite as well as I'd like it to. The clumps are however truly tasteless so they don't bother me at all. All in all a great product and I will repurchase. 8 put 4 starts because it doesn't come with a small spoon so I sometimes have to pour what I guess is a spoonful into my drink. If this came in small 30 day sachets so i don't need to walk around with my massive bag of powder it would be even better.
