2-Person Inflatable Oval Hot Tub with 90 Bubble Jets, Black

UPDATE: We have learned a lot more about this Hot Tub and thankfully are now on the right track! The company was very responsive. We have replaced the filters and are doing so monthly. We unscrew and clean the filters every other use (just spray with the garden hose) and we rinse off before getting in the tub. It has worked like a charm, it just takes a little extra effort. We love the tub!! We're sadly disappointed. We got the tub, set it up and used it everyday for about 5 days. Loved it! Very comfortable and perfect for our tired bodies. Yesterday the heater stopped working! I have written to the company since there is a 1 Year Warranty that comes with the tub. I've asked them to please send a replacement heater or a replacement tub. I am hoping that they will honor their written One Warranty. I'm still waiting to hear back from them.

It lasted 2 weeks and got an HL error code and won't run at all. Total junk and the seller will not honor its warranty or even respond to any emails. Amazon won't help with it either so purchase at your own ignorance if my review isn't reason enough to keep anyone from wasting money here

This is the perfect size! I’m impressed with how it holds the water temperature!! It’s comfortable, the table is perfect for my phone and drink. Easy to get in and out of. Very durable. This was well worth the money I spent on it.

Great inflatable hot tub! Easy to assemble but have in place when inflating as the location of the pump/filter make it heavy on one side and is a 2 person move. Heats up quickly. Lid/cover fits perfectly and buckles in place. It is the perfect size for 1 person stretched out or two people sitting. The location of the drain does make it difficult to empty and the hose itself is short (ours is set up indoors). The pump/filter is quiet and even when the bubbles are running it's not super loud. I would definitely buy again. Review written 3 months after purchase.

We love our little hot tub, although currently it's our cool tub, as it's too hot here in Texas! Simple, clean, and big enough for two adults. It fit perfectly on our deck and we love it!

Was great for the first several months at 104°F. One day it stopped keeping that temp and will only hold between 89-93°F. Have cycled the power several times and the filters were changed on a monthly basis. Water quality has always been maintained even when not in use for a few weeks. I understand the life of these hot tub/spas are finite, but 4 months is far beyond expectation. I will be contacting the company IRT the 12-month Warranty and will update this review accordingly. Update: Company has had very good contact with me and are sending a replacement part. Once it's installed and working properly, I will update the rating further. It's a great tub for 2 people and easily maintained. Having a difficult time reaching anyone for Warranty action.

I bought this machine May 20. I used the three times always change the filter. Everything still works now except the heater. The water will not get hot. I’ve done everything that the seller suggested but if I were you, I would look for something else don’t buy. This one !!!

Easy to put up, still heats up in a few hours after months of use. I do change the filter every couple weeks. Just deflated and put it away because I am pregnant and it was easy to empty, deflate and fold away in original provided bag. Looking forward to pulling it back out next year!
