I loooooove this brand! Value for money is sort of there- I wish they weren’t as expensive, especially when compared to other products. But the potency is there- so maybe it is a good price for quality. The pill size is manageable. It’s easy to use - just swallow vitamin haha. Started this honestly, 2 days ago and I find it effective. It makes me feel a sense of calmness. I take it in the evening around 6 pm with food. It seems to be working by 7:30 /8pm when I lay down and unwind. This review just let me know I am almost. 30 years old😂 in bed by 8pm. Oh jeez! Definitely recommend these and the brand!

I’m acutely in shock by this product. I’m a 72 yr old man that owned a metal fabricating company. Everything we touched or moved weighed several pounds . It was like working in a gym all day. I wound up with several aches and pains. I started taking this magnesium and after about three weeks most of my aches and pains are gone. I can’t believe it but it’s true. It works.

I have to take meds that clog the pipes. Had the issue for years. Took every fiber gummy/drink/pill and ate so much fiber but nothing really worked. Started taking this every night. Im on month 6 and I am like clock work. I feel 10 times better. Energy is high.
