I couldn’t find the brand name product I usually use, so I decided to give this one a try. It works as well as, or better, than the other stuff without irritation. It’s also half the cost. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I am so glad amazon decided to offer this. It is hard to find a good 2% salicylic acid product. I do not use it just for a spot treatment but rather as a preventative all over my t zone daily. It keeps the zits away! My only minor complaint is that it is hard to get the amount you want out of the tube. Either a huge amount comes out or none comes out.

This spot treatment has become my absolute go-to for handling those unexpected, stubborn breakouts. The fast-acting formula powered by a potent 2% salicylic acid works wonders at deep-cleaning pores and flattening blemishes overnight without leaving my skin feeling stripped or flaky.

… for the Clean & Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment (also 0.75fl oz) that I was previously using for the last several years before they changed the packaging and formula. I figured I would give this one a try, and honestly, I like it better. Very little goes a long way, it is very gentle on the skin, and it dries down nicely without feeling tight or too dry. I can actually put this one under makeup for spot treatment and not get that weird patchy look like C&C’s would do. It also works well, as I can put this on a place that I notice early on that is starting to form, and the next day it’s gone or has dramatically reduced in size. I was also using a lot of the little pimple patch stickers before, but have gone back to just using this at night with better results in conjunction with Vanicream Gentle Facial Cleanser and CeraVe PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion Ultra. I’ll do Differin/Adapalene gel 2-3x a week on nights I’m not using this blemish spot treatment, and my skin looks the nicest it has been in a long time (which says a lot as I am currently going through perimenopause, so my hormones have been out of whack lol). Simpler often is better. As long as Amazon keeps the formula for this one just as it is now, I’ll continue to keep it in rotation for my skincare must haves.

It is ok. I think Clean & Clear with Benzoyl Peroxide is more effective for spot treatment. Probably wouldn't order again. I just lathered my face in it, in hopes it will help! Would be good for sensitive skin, since it isn't very strong.
