VERY happy with this color. I used after Color Oops (orangey yellow - we all know the color) & it totally neutralized the orange leaving a darker ash blonde. I am very happy with this product. Also, left my hair really soft

better than regular boxed hair color
I bought this to cover some grays and roots from previous coloring with a med. ash blonde. I got the light ash blonde because dyes always come out about 2 shades darker on my hair. I used 10v developer because regular box dyes always make the root area fade to a brassy orange color after a couple washes, and i wanted to try to less lift and more deposit of color. This turned out so great, more natural looking ash color, no green or weird tones, grays are just starting to fade a little bit and it has been over a week and i wash my hair daily. I will definitely buy this again, made my hair feel soft, good coverage and well worth the extra few dollars!!

I picked 9A light ash blonde. The before and after. Mind you the second picture it looks a bit darker in real life the photo makes it look super light. I always used wella t-18 or t-14 and I will never go back. This product was amazing. Just first if you havent used tthis type of dye before you NEED developer. Search 20 volumn developer. You mix equal amounts of developer to the tube of dye. If you have thicker or longer hair by TWO boxes. Mine is thin. My hair was a mess of orange tinted highlights, dark brown roots and basically multicolored. This probably wont lighten a very dark undyed hair. It seems to have a “toner” in it to blunt out orange/yellow previously highlighted hair or bleached out hair, hence the “ash” name. It could turn your hair slightly grayish. But im in love. I feel its more so for highlighted orangey yellowey hair.
