Rock-Solid Performance and Stunning RGB — Perfect Match for High-End AMD Builds
I’ve been running the Lexar ARES Gen2 DDR5 6000MHz CL26 kit in my latest rig paired with a Ryzen 7 9800X3D and an ASUS Prime Radeon RX 9070 XT OC, and I couldn’t be happier with how this memory performs. From the moment I powered on the system, everything just worked — fast, stable, and visually impressive.PerformanceThis RAM hits the advertised 6000MHz out of the box with EXPO enabled in BIOS. With the 9800X3D’s insane gaming capabilities, having fast, low-latency DDR5 like this makes a real difference. Load times are snappy, multitasking is buttery smooth, and in games like Starfield, Cyberpunk 2077 (RT Overdrive mode!), and Helldivers 2, I’ve seen a noticeable uplift in 1% lows compared to a previous DDR5 5600 kit I tested. No crashes, no instability — just consistent, top-tier performance.Compatibility & BuildThe kit dropped into my B850M board with zero fuss. The DIMMs have a low-profile heatspreader design that doesn’t interfere with my Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120, and the build quality feels excellent. Lexar may not be the first name people think of for RAM, but this kit is premium all the way.RGB AestheticsThe RGB lighting is clean and elegant — not too over-the-top, but still vibrant enough to make the build pop. Syncs perfectly with Lexar Sync and the transitions are smooth with no flickering or odd colors. If you care about aesthetics (and who doesn’t when spending this much on a rig?), you won’t be disappointed.Final ThoughtsFor anyone building a high-performance AM5 system — especially around the Ryzen 9800X3D — this Lexar ARES Gen2 DDR5 kit is a no-brainer. Excellent speeds, low latency, reliable operation, and surprisingly gorgeous RGB to top it all off. I’ve had Corsair and G.Skill kits in the past, and this one easily holds its own.Highly recommend for gamers, creators, and PC enthusiasts who want both looks and top-tier performance.

An excellent performing SODIMM DDR5 RAM (5600MHZ), what a great upgrade for my NAS system.
At the time, this memory stick is most certainly the best value for 16gb of SODIMM DDR5 RAM running at an excellent 5600MHZ., from LEXAR. I am really pleased with this. I purchased the 16gb device to add to my NAS server (which had only a very ungenerous 8gb ram), so this extra 16gb has made such a difference in every way. I will most certainly buy another "stick" when the same offer comes out from Amazon, thank you again to LEXAR for a great much needed product & upgrade.

Good Ram replacement.
I recently upgraded my laptop with the Lexar SODIMM 16GB DDR5 RAM 5600 MHz, and overall, I'm quite pleased with the performance boost. The installation was straightforward—just plug and play. My system recognized the new memory immediately, and I didn't need to adjust any BIOS settings.Performance: The 5600 MHz speed provides a noticeable improvement in multitasking and application loading times. Whether I'm editing documents, streaming videos, or running multiple applications simultaneously, the system operates smoothly without lag. The on-die ECC (Error Correction Code) adds an extra layer of stability, which is reassuring for long work sessions.Compatibility: This RAM module is designed for laptops and mini-PCs with a 262-pin SODIMM slot. It operates at a low voltage of 1.1V, which helps in reducing power consumption and keeping the system cool. It's also compatible with Intel NUC systems, making it versatile for various setups.Build Quality: The module feels robust, and the black PCB gives it a sleek look. While I haven't subjected it to heavy overclocking, it handles everyday tasks and moderate workloads without any issues.Pros:Easy installation with plug-and-play functionalityImproved system responsiveness and multitasking capabilitiesOn-die ECC for enhanced stabilityLow voltage operation for energy efficiencyCompatible with a wide range of laptops and mini-PCsCons:CAS latency of CL46 may not be ideal for high-end gaming or intensive applicationsLimited user reviews available for this specific modelIn conclusion, the Lexar SODIMM 16GB DDR5 RAM 5600 MHz offers a solid performance upgrade for laptops and mini-PCs. While it may not be the fastest option available, it provides reliable and efficient performance for everyday tasks and moderate workloads.

Great quality; easy to install and instant setup
Running very happily in my new PC build here - sitting in a MSI Mgg Tomahawk motherboard under a huge tower CPU cooler. They aren't the shortest of heights so you might need to shift the CPU fan up a couple of heat fins for peace of mind but they seem to run at nice temps. Absolutely zero problems with physical installation or EXPO compatibility and mem speeds (BIOS, HW Info etc reporting correct speeds, stable voltages etc). Very easy to get installed overall. RGB lighting is fine. Bright enough for me!

Good Value.
Good value at £12 per SODIMM at time of purchase. Much cheaper than buying as a kit. No issues encountered.
