I was skepticism but it does absorb a lot better. Some days I take a whole sachets and other days I take half, bcs it’s a high dose and high absorption you can tailor it. I’ve been using these after having surgery to help keep things smooth, and it seems to have helped healing times. No side effects personally. And it tastes quite nice compared to other brands.

This product and Dr Mercola’s the best liposomal products. If you have difficulty with tablets try this. The taste ( when diluted in water), is pleasant. A bit pricey though, for this reason 4 stars. Can be topped up with ordinary vitamin C.

5stars for the product cause it’s taste is so nice but it came to my surprise when I opened one this morning while I was doing tiktok, i found it empty.

Being in the throws of EAsthma this Summer I decided to add a high dose Vitamin C to my regimen ☺️ Whilst the product is easy to use and palatable … the packaging isn’t … It wouldn’t tear easily so I used scissors…The only safe way to take all of it was to cut down the sides and either use a spoon or lick the insides carefully - you could cut your mouth on the foil 😞

I take this daily , I had all my teeth out and found it help me recover now I take it daily energy levels increased and feel great

Tried to drink it from the pouch but this was far too sweet . So I now pour it into a glass with an inch of water and give it a stir. This is now easy on the palate and flavour is ok and does the job. Obviously not expecting a fruit cocktail or a smoothie. I read this version of vit c is the most absorbable version , bar an intravenous drip , so thought I would trial for a month. More money than I ideally wanted to spend but if you are ill and think vitamin c in higher doses will work for you then this is a good product to buy imo.,

Love, love this product. I’ve been taking it for nearly 2 years and not so much as a runny nose! A brilliant immune booster. Taste is pleasant, I mix mine with water in a bottle and sip it through out the day. If I’m feeling a bit tired I add two.It can make your bowls a bit loose to begin with and some friends say it keeps them awake if taken in the evening but I personally haven’t noticed this. I can’t recommend this product highly enough and have a standing order direct from the company and only bought from Amazon because I needed an extra box the next day for a friend and could do that with Prime.

Tastes terrible...you have dilute with authentic alot water and maybe uiu can drink it...
