Perfect for making lefsa - a Norwegian crepe.
I am using this grill for making Norwegian lefsa. Works great and extremely less expensive than the actual lefsa grills!

Great for crepes, pancakes, and quick breakfasts
I bought this primarily for making crepes, but I've ended up using it for a lot more than that. The cooking surface heats evenly and does a great job of preventing food from sticking, which makes cooking and cleanup much easier. The size is perfect for making crepes, pancakes, tortillas, and even grilled sandwiches. It heats up quickly and maintains a consistent temperature throughout cooking. The included accessories were a nice bonus and helped make the first batch of crepes much easier than I expected. One thing I really appreciate is how easy it is to clean. After it cools down, a quick wipe with a damp cloth is usually all it takes. The non-stick coating has held up well so far and food slides right off. For the price, I think this offers excellent value. It's simple to use, doesn't take up much storage space, and produces great results. If you're looking for an affordable electric griddle or want to try making homemade crepes, this is a solid choice.
