Phone Wallet for MagSafe, Phone Card Holder with Grip - Black

I’ve been using the PopSockets Phone Wallet with Expanding Grip for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it’s a super handy addition to my phone setup. The MagSafe compatibility is what initially sold me—it snaps on firmly and doesn’t feel like it’s going to fall off, even when I’m moving around or tossing my phone in my bag. What I love: • Built-in Grip: The PopSocket grip is a game-changer. It’s comfortable, makes texting and selfies easier, and doubles as a kickstand for streaming. • Wallet Functionality: It holds up to 3 cards snugly (I usually carry an ID and two credit cards). The cards feel secure and don’t slide out easily, which is reassuring. • Sleek Design: The black version looks clean and minimal. It doesn’t add too much bulk and actually gives the phone a more polished look. • Wireless Charging Compatibility: It’s easy to pop off when I need to charge my phone wirelessly. The magnetic attachment makes this seamless. What could be better: • No RFID Protection: I do wish it had some level of RFID shielding, just for peace of mind. • Can Interfere with Some MagSafe Mounts: While the magnet is strong, it’s not always compatible with certain third-party MagSafe car mounts, especially if they need a very precise connection. • One More Card Slot Would Be Nice: If you carry more than 2-3 cards regularly, you might find it a bit limiting. Overall, this is a great all-in-one accessory for those who want to slim down their everyday carry. It’s not perfect, but it strikes a great balance between form, function, and style.

I love this product. I’ve been using it for a while now and this is my replacement for the one I originally bought at target. I never have issues with it falling off my phone or cards falling out. It’s very sturdy and I can usually fit about three cards in there comfortably four if I force them in there which I wouldn’t recommend.

I hate having to carry a purse and this make day to day so much easier and always have my essentials on me, and the magnetic is great don't worry about if falling off easily

I upgraded from the IPhone 11 to a 15 recently. I got a new magnetic case. The 11 didn’t have the magnetic feature so my last pop socket wallet was on a regular case with the adhesive strip. The adhesive didn’t last long and I eventually super glued it to the case which lasted much longer. I was worried about the strength of the magnet when holding it only by the pop socket. I’m stunned by how strong the hold is, far stronger than the superglue I used on my regular old case. I feel much more confident that it won’t separate from my phone and the phone smash to the floor. And since my case was already magnetic, I didn’t need the magnetic strip this comes with. But my husband is going to use it for the new case he got as his isn’t a magnetic case. My only slight, very slight, criticism is that the card holder/wallet is Sooooo damn tight it’s tricky sliding the cards in and out. It may stretch a bit after holding them a little longer to give a little more ease. I only put this on my phone 2 days ago. And ultimately it’s better too tight than loose as I know they won’t fall out! So it’s hardly a complaint. Overall, I love this item because I don’t have to commit to this particular one, it will be easy to change to a different one in a different design or color. Or even just remove it all together, have nothing stuck to the phone, and put it back when I want. That and the strength have me sold! ADD THIS TO YOUR CART! TRUST ME!

I had carpal tunnel problems because my wrist was twisted holding my phone for hours and hours. Pop sockets solved that problem for me. I have now ditched my original pop-socket because this is even better! 1) It has a pop-socket, but no adhesive on my phone. 2) It is removable. The magnetic attraction plenty strong, but comes off when I want. 3) I can remove it to use a magnetic charger. 4) I can have two of theses wallets, each with a different set of cards. Easy to swap But, on the down side: - it holds only a few cards - credit cards are hard to fit-in - I use it for cash -- a couple of folded bills. - I use it for business cards - I have a card that gets punched every time I get a hair cut. I have another card that gets punched when I buy a gallon of milk at the convenience store. These are slightly smaller than a credit card and they fit very well! Conclusion: I wish it was tiny on the outside and huge on the inside, but that is physically impossible. This does a good job of keeping a few bills and a few cards, attached to my phone. I still have a separate wallet with an AirTag for my driver license and my old-school credit cards; it mostly stays in the car. I am glad I bought this product. I might buy another one that will hold a different set of cards. (Birthday hint for my wife) :-)

The magnet is super strong, does the job. My only issue is that just after a couple months of using, the popsocket and the card slot both got noticeably looser, like cards will kinda slip out and the popsocket handle jiggles from side to side. They still work fine as of now, but are getting looser with use.

This wallet is awesome! The magnetic connect is so strong. It doesn’t hold many cards but I topically carry 4 and it’s perfect for that number

I bought this magnetic PopSocket wallet thinking it would be convenient and secure. Big mistake. The magnet is laughably weak—a FRIDGE MAGNET has more strength than this overpriced piece of plastic. I attached it to my phone, and by the end of the day, it had vanished. Just straight-up flew off at some point without me even noticing. What did I lose? Oh, just my driver’s license & real ID, credit card and debit card, student ID, and a vista gift card I’d been saving for months. I spent HOURS retracing my steps, canceling cards, and yes, sitting at the DMV, where all joy goes to die. All because this wallet couldn’t do the ONE job it was designed for. And let’s talk about the PopSocket feature. It’s clunky, loose, and actually makes holding the phone worse. It’s like they took two bad ideas and glued them together hoping nobody would notice. I don’t know who gave this thing good reviews, but they must not carry anything they actually care about. I wouldn’t trust this wallet to hold a piece of gum, let alone the things I use every day. Save yourself the headache, the stress, and the trip to the DMV. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE! If I could rate this zero stars, I would. I want my money back, I want my time back, a stress-relief candle, and a personal apology from whoever designed this overpriced crap.

LOVE IT. this pop socket has been on my phone for over a year now and has been used every single day. If it’s not on my phone it makes my phone harder to use. Being able to carry 2-3 cards is amazing for someone like me who prefers a digital approach. I hope pop socket make more of these!

Miles too expensive for what it is. Really quite a flimsy thing, it won't last. It doesn't have room for more than 2-3 cards. The magnet is strong, and the pop thing is useful. Such a clever idea, but the execution is very cheap. The wallet should be metal, and the pop should really be a softer material on the fingers. And it should have room for 4-5 cards.

definitivamente debes tener una de estas, dado que es plástico, no se desgasta o se ve maltratada con el tiempo (solo por la parte de dentro al ser una especie de goma) a mi me gusta personalizarla con stickers o tickets que voy eligiendo, queda limpia de nuevo y vuelvo a colocar otra, el resorte/tela si se va aflojando/desgastando con el tiempo, sin embargo, aunque le metas una tarjeta no la tira, yo aún le sigo metiendo dos tarjetas, cuando la sienta más floja, le meteré 3, aún así compraré otra cuando esta ya no sirva más, el magsafe es súper fuerte, creo que no he tenido otro accesorio que agarre con tanta fuera (parte también es gracias a la funda) nunca he sentido que no esté seguro, es sumamente cómodo tal como un pop socket normal, pero con la versatilidad de la wallet (eso sí, te abulta más de l o que quisieras en la bolsa del pantalón, pero es cuestión de acostumbrarse) sin lugar a duda es una gran opción.
