This heater saved my life. During the coldest recorded month of the year, my main heater completely stopped working, leaving me without heat. A technician came out and informed me that a part needed to be ordered, but he couldn’t give me an exact arrival date. Suffice it to say, I was on my own. I had a small space heater, but it wasn’t powerful enough to heat my entire condo. Plus, I was worried about leaving it on all day and night due to safety concerns. Since I had to go to work, I couldn’t risk leaving it running while I was away. Then I came across this heater, and what immediately caught my attention was its app integration. I loved that I could schedule when the heater would turn on and off. It also automatically shuts off once the room reaches the desired temperature, and the ALCI plug gave me peace of mind, knowing it would turn off in the event of overheating. Once I installed and turned it on, I was surprised by how quiet it was and how efficiently it kept my entire condo warm. While it is a wall-mounted heater, and installation required some effort, the provided video instructions made the process much easier. Overall, this heater has exceeded my expectations. It sufficiently warms my condo, operates quietly, and provides added safety features that give me peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I live in Alaska and winter is coming. For the last almost 4 years this current administration has increased the cost of EVERYTHING including the propane that fuels my house. I have gone the last few winters not turning on my expensive propane heater but instead relying on small space heaters and my wood stove. I am too old and disabled to haul firewood up these stairs another winter so I bought these. I bought 4 of these. I bought "like new" returns but things like wall brackets were missing and I only got 2 remotes out of the 4. The Amazon Representative made it right to my satisfaction. Each remote works on each heater so that's ok. I have 2 set up now in my livingroom, kitchen, dining room and I love them. I'm warm. I learned to put them on seperate circuts though. It took me a minute or 2 to figure out the settings but I figured it out pretty well. The heater fans can point up, down or move up and down. The heat can be set on a temperature and turn itself on and off until or when the desired temperature is reached. I set the temperature low before I go to bed and depending on the weather, I either turn them off or set them higher during the day. My house is well sealed so it doesn't take long to warm it and hold the heat. It digitally shows the temperature of the room as well as the temperature you set it at. It also has options of how powerful you want the unit to be, H1, H2, H3 but the more powerful, the more electricity it draws and H1 is fine for me. 1 of the heaters had a instruction booklet. Ha. I am so happy with these little heaters. I'm not going to mount them because I'm moving next summer but this is the last winter I am going to haul wood, pay $1500 to have my propane tank filled or just be too cold. The other 2 will go in the guest room and the Master bedroom this winter. I'm so happy with these heaters.

These heaters are very good. I originally bought this model for my bedroom and a smaller model for my master bath, within three months of that, I purchased four additional units of this model for other rooms in my house. I'm back this winter to purchase three more the remaining rooms in my house. I live alone so I hate running the central heat to heat up the entire house when I'm only using one room. What I love about them: (1) Size and Appearance - You can hang on the wall, not taking up floor space. Best Place to Hang - Low on wall, about 12" from floor. It has a low profile and a sleek look. (2) They Work very well - One of these actually heats up a large open-style den and kitchen area and fast. It's also quiet. (3) Smart Intigration. They come with a remote, but the app is the best. It's easy to set up, and works very well with Echo/Alexa commands. You can also set up timers/schedules with the app. I love that I can set it to warm up my bath before I wake up or make my office cozy before I get to work, etc. I highly recommend.

My 1950s house on the coast has electric baseboard heat. After replacing them they did not really work. Awaiting a house rewiring years in planning we bought little electric stoves from Lowes. We tried IR, IR-quartz, oil radiators with varying success. Most only lasted < 2 years and burnt out (and very high electric bills!) Researching newer options we opted for the plug-in version of these. We got two - one for living room and one for kitchen. They worked really well last winter! Our power bills went down about 20%, paying for them within 2 months. As others mentioned there is some clicking as the AI sensor turns on, but after a month it went away - so be wary if getting one for the bedroom (without breaking it in). The low profile on the wall and the useful mounting template made set up super easy! The app helps us see when it’s on and most used. We are really happy with ours. Will update next winter if it fails - as we have seen electric plug in heaters fail about 75% of the time after a single winter.

The clicking noises is caused by it being in Eco mode. It seems the thermostat is trying to regulate the set temperature you put and trying to match the room temperature it reads (inaccurately). Let's say its on 6..7 °F (19c) and it reaches it's set temperature for ex, =72°F (22c), it turns off or on low heat setting like any other heater. If it drops under it's set temperature like < 72°F (22c) it'll turn on to medium or high. This one will jump up or down 1-2 degrees frequently "reaching" it's set temp (constant clicking noise off/on) again and again. Good thing is, it doesn't happen all the time. Bad is when it does it'll last a minute or just a few seconds. Don't want it doing this in the middle of the night, you'll wake up & get annoyed. That's it's only flaw honestly. They release software updates but I don't think it addresses the program. Could be hardware (maybe imo) or software but the reading is definitely not accurate. You can change current Temp in the app (Ambient temperature) to the right right temperature but it won't fix nothing. Only fix is to NOT to use Eco mode and/or just set it yourself to Low/Medium/High. But the point of Eco mode is so you don't have to set it or turn it off manually right. CONCLUSION: So other than that, Great device and really cool (well), It works with Alexa and Google,I use Alexa mostly. Controller and app is perfect, you can control the oscillating in 3 different set degrees only or turn it on auto oscillation. I didn't use the mounts yet also. If you don't care about Eco mode it'll get the job done i promise or your money back 😁. Or you can use Eco mode still because that clicking noise isn't like an all day thing. But you'll run into it. Heats up room really quick imo compared to modern day heaters, imo my grandma's old heater for example will literally iron and burn your clothes by standing a few feet away but also no safety features etc. I'll update this once I see if there's a fix. Update: Unfortunately the updates did nothing and there are other reviews after me experiencing the same thing so I'll ponder on returning it. I don't want to return it but if you're paying this much, well you know.

This little space heater was exactly what I needed. It is so good straight out of the box. The installation is so easy mainly because the company was so considerate of the consumer by providing a cardboard template for drilling the holes to mount it. The guide has a level attached to it so ensure it is even. Such a simple idea that I appreciate and I wished every company did this. The directions are easy to follow and you can have this little unit up in running in no time. While it's meant to be mounted, it is so lightweight, you could certainly opt to move it around from room to room granted you ensure there is no flammable items near it. It is a rather convenient and powerful unit. I have a large bedroom and I found that in just a few minutes of running even on the lowest preset, the room is warm and you can actually feel the heat in the hallway. The fact that it connects to Alexa, an app and comes with a remote control, makes it a pleasure to operate. When it's cold in the house, I can warm the room up prior to coming upstairs or prior to my husband gets out of the shower so the room is nice and toasty. You can set it to run for a period of time or even schedule it. It is responsive, turning on and off on demand. When turning it off, the unit automatically counts down 30 seconds and then shuts down. I am so impressed by this, I am planning to purchase one for my non insulated garage so I work in there comfortably until my husband gets it finished. I am very happy so far and I don't think you will be disappointed. Here’s my rating scale for products: 1 Star: Regret ordering due to serious flaws/product failure. 2 Stars: I wouldn't order again because product is subpar. 3 Stars: Not my personal preference. I'd choose an alternative product if given another opportunity but this is ok. 4 Stars: Recommend ordering. This product met my expectations. 5 Stars: I love this product.

NOPE, Returned. 2nd Update. I'm truly bummed. It was great....for all of three weeks, then the problems started. Wonky temp readings despite having calibrated and factory reset. Display stopped responding to dimmed room, despite having double checked the settings. Fan and heat continue to blow hot air and not turn off, despite having reached temp on Eco mode. Like set to 60 and room temp is reading 70 and still on blowing warm. All kinds of problems. Returning despite initially liking it. Just another hunk o junk that doesn't last. Bummer. OLD REVIEW: Set it up in the office, connected to Wi-Fi and downloaded the app easily. Nice interface and updated the unit right away via wifi, which tells me they are continuously maintaining and debugging any software issues (much like a cell phone). I can set up a schedule to warm the office before I even go in on a weekly basis. The app also has an off option, so if I leave the house or go on vacay and forget, I can turn the unit off from wherever I am via the app without worrying. It's an awesome safety feature well worth the extra money for this unit. I went ahead and connected it to my Amazon Alexa speakers and now I can turn everything on and off via voice control. No problems there either, very responsive. You can see based on the photo that it brought the room temp up to within a degree of it's programmed settings, and I had the thermometer set high on a bookshelf away from the unit to test it. It's also next to a colder window and still no issues with preset temp. Office is roughly 15x15. Another thing I love that others haven't mentioned is that the LED display AUTOMATICALLY turns off when it senses the room is dark. Hallelujah! You can also turn off the beeping noise the unit makes when pressing buttons. It's also whisper quiet. There are some small clicking noises when the heat shuts off, but barely noticeable. When the room hits the preset temp, the unit will only draw 900 watts of power to maintain the temperature setting, so it's saving on electricity as well (in Eco mode). I REALLY hope this heater holds up because initially I'm SUPER impressed. Dreo offers an extended warranty if you register your product, so I'll be doing that. Literally just bought another one for the master and guest bedroom to help stave off the Colorado cold. We use a woodstove to heat the center of the household, so the rooms tend to be slightly cooler. This has allowed us to be significantly more comfortable. Five stars! Will update, no plug issues so far or smells of any kind. *** 1st UPDATE*** It was cold last night, 2 degrees when I woke up which is pretty chilly for our area. I shut the door off from the main house and tried to let this thing do all the work for the night for the master bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunately, it struggled a little. To be fair it is a much larger room than the office and guest room. I set it at 70 and it pretty much ran all night and couldn't get above 68. I'm giving it some grace though since I expected it to act as the main source of heating and it is literally listed by the manufacturer to be used only as a secondary heating source. I also had the humidifier going on high so I was asking a lot. Still happy with purchase and keeping though I'm now aware of it's limitations.

Highly recommend this electric wall heater to help keep warm on this cold winter nights! Convenient size and easily installed into the wall as well. Very quiet and cozy warm. Great oscillating feature helps circulation of warm/hot air. Very reliable all winter for me and my family. Love the oscillating feature and the temperature settings. Love that we can take it off the wall and move it to another area of our home if need be. I trust this brand and this heater and recommend it to other Amazon customers who are looking to supplement their heat or use them as a main heat source. Portability is good!

Ottimo riscaldatore, l'ho acquistato per riscaldare un bagno di 6mq e devo dire che fa un ottimo lavoro, differenza di temperatura immediata, ottime funzioni, termostato automatico preciso e rumore pari a 0. Love this heater because we can control it from our phones, so when we are out we can turn it on to warm up the garage before we get home (where our golf simulator is). It warmed up our 250sqft garage from 0°C to about 19°C while it was below 0 outside today. Works amazing!
