Seriously LOVE Jocko protein! As a girl who is super picky about protein and the taste, I genuinely feel like I’m drinking a chocolate milkshake, this is the only brand of protein I will buy and all the flavors have been really good so far but the chocolate is my favorite!

Very drinkable, I could drink this protein shake every day. Some are so chalky that I can't drink more than a few sips but thankfully they're getting better these days :) . This one specifically is very creamy and the cookie pieces are good. No chalkiness at all, dissolves very well, smells and tastes amazing, no stomach upset, very clean ingredients. I use a little frother like you see in my video. Pro tip: using a blend of water and milk gets you creaminess from the milk but stops the thickening/bubbling from too much mixing that can happen with milk. This is a spendier option but the quality ingredients, and list of amino acid and natural sweetener etc makes it worth it. Great low calorie content for the protein qty. Good size Edit: just tried the banana cream and it's even better

mixes great in water or milk. easy to use. just scoop and shake. great price. lots of protein per serve without lots of calories. great for extra protein for a muscle building or calorie deficit program. tastes good.

Best tasting and most filling, satisfying protein i have ever had, it shuts down hunger, cravings and the after dinner sweet tooth, this was freaking delicious, just bought more, thry nailed it with the chocolate milkshake.

No doubt this is one of the higher-quality protein powders on the market. Great Amino Acid profile, love the added probiotics, and sourcing seems to be good as well. Not the cheapest, but seems fairly priced with higher-end powders, and you usually get what you pay for there. About $45 bucks per month seems standard for those. Blends well. Jocko is great. Like this powder. The taste is not as good as Optimum Nutrition. It is not close to tasting as good as ON (chocolate v chocolate). The Chocolate flavor that I received also seemed tainted with both banana and possibly peanut butter flavors. It was very faint, and I do like both PB and Banana in my smoothies, so this isn't a large complaint on my end, but it is notable since I got the regular chocolate flavor. With that being said, taste is not everything and I am not drinking protein powder thinking I want a good tasting drink. I'd drink chocolate milk if that is what I wanted. You also get used to it very quickly. My first drink (after having ON for years) was not very good. Second was okay. By the third, you're used to it and the flavor even tastes good. This protein is high quality, does what it needs with good ingredients, and tastes alright.

Before using this product, I first used a generic protein blend from Walmart (which tasted terrible, had regular stomach cramps, headache, but strong muscle growth), and later changed to Athleanx RX-Pro protein blend (which tasted okay, but still had stomach issues and little bit of headache). After trying to find other protein brands since I wasn't fully satisfied with the previous two products, I came across the Jocko podcast, and heard about their protein advertisement and decided to give it a try. When the package was first opened, the protein powder looks like little grains, and when dissolved in milk, it turns out to be a great-tasting milkshake. I fell in love with this product after the first bag. The price tag might be a tad high, but the protein servings are pretty good, and the ingredients are pretty easy for me to understand since it mostly contains natural ingredients. The best thing about it was the after-effects. I had no stomach cramps whatsoever after drinking but I still receive the same full lasting feeling of a protein shake for each scoop. I don't really get headaches anymore after drinking this protein shake, and I'm still maintaining my muscle mass and probably gaining a little bit after each workout. Bought two more bags after the first one, and I'm still satisfied with this product. If you are on the fence whether trying this product out or not, I would definitely recommend that you give at least a try first. If you don't like it, you can always return the product for a full refund, so why not give it a try as I did?

Most protein powders only contain one tour of protein. This brand has all 3! Keeps me fuller longer and tastes great! I mix mine with cold water and it tastes just like a chocolate milkshake!
