I honestly didn’t expect headphones this good for just £20!They remind me a lot of the AirPods Pro in terms of comfort and overall experience, but they’re actually much lighter, which makes them even more comfortable to wear for long periods. They fit securely in my ears without constantly needing to be adjusted, even while walking.The sound quality is surprisingly impressive for this price range. Voices are crystal clear, music sounds balanced, and call quality is excellent. I was genuinely surprised by how good they are.Battery life is also great, and pairing with my iPhone was quick and effortless.If you’re looking for affordable wireless earbuds, these are an absolute bargain. For £20 I honestly wasn’t expecting such high quality. Highly recommended!

They punch well above their weight class in terms of endurance and connectivity.ProsIncredible Battery Life: The advertised 40-hour total battery life is no joke. I can go days without needing to plug the case into a wall.Lightweight Comfort: These are extremely light. Because they are semi-in-ear (no silicone tips), they don't give that "plugged" or pressurized feeling in the ear canal, making them perfect for multi-hour sessions.Stable Connectivity: With Bluetooth 5.3, the pairing is near-instant with my phone, and I haven't experienced any annoying dropouts even in crowded areas.Fast Charging: A quick 10-minute charge gives a surprising amount of playback time, which has saved me more than once when I forgot to charge them overnight.ConsLack of Silicone Tips: While comfortable, they don't "seal" the ear. Brilliant for the price and really good charge on them, last for hours. Sound quality very good too. Cant go wrong with these especially compard to the other expensive options!

UPDATE Sept 2026: Purchased these SE2 FreeBuds in Oct 2024, they have now died. Not sure how long people expect them to survive but I'm knocking these from a 5* down to a 4* as I feel they should last more than 2 years.The case is fully charged but the buds never connect and cannot be reset even in the case.----Can't really fault these. At the price, they are excellent. They are comfortable, stay in OK (not tried with heavy exercise though as yet). Sound quality is decent to my ears.There is some difficulty in dynamically switching between 2 devices - I use them on my PC and phone. One or the other sometimes does not want to re-engage.There is also the usual Huawei bad software to try and wrangle but to be honest, I can't be bothered to install the phone app and they work just fine.Touch controls not brilliant either, not always picking up a touch.So not at all perfect - but at the price, I can forgive those issues because in daily use they just work.

Bought these to replace my AirPod 3. Thought for 20 quid it’s worth a punt. Fantastic for the price! Connect to my iPhone no problem. Sound quality is decent. Not as good as the AirPods but perfectly clear and acceptable. It’s not thin sounding, there is enough depth and the bass doesn’t dominate if you change the EQ setting in the app. Easy to set up. The case and buds don’t feel quite as good as the AirPods, and tapping the buds to pause isn’t great, but at this price that’s looking for fillings in the gift horses mouth.

I bought these to replace my gen 2 airpods. I have enjoyed using my airpods that I bought in May 2020 and use daily. Unfortunately the battery life is not what it used to be and they are not usable anymore. What I enjoyed about them was the perfect fit in ear (no silicone), the touch controls and the connectivity especially with the apple watch. I have no desire for new features like noise cancelling. I would buy again - only the fact is that the tech is aged a further 4 years and the price has actually gone up £125 to £129. Airpod gen 2 are currently greatly over valued in my opinion and I will not buy them out of principle.Enter the FreeBuds. They have a very similar fit and feel to the Airpods although ever so slightly larger and slightly heavier. I can picture forgetting they are there just like I do with Airpods. I can also run with these and wont lose them. The touch controls are very responsive and are programmable via the app. The sound quality is slightly richer than the airpods. The box is slightly larger. The build quality is not as good (some inconsistent gaps, there was some dirt inside the packaging and the lid of the box has a cheap feel). Battery life seems impressive. Switching across to Apple watch not too painful actually. No "find my" integration, but there is an option to play sounds to locate them using the app. Overall, on technicals alone the Airpods do win ever so slightly for my usage. However, the price point of these is excellent. At £30 (bought "like-new"), I am easily willing to bet that 4x of these will do the job longer than 1 set of airpods (how on earth did I not lose my airpods is a miracle) and so its very much a "buy now" from me.

I was expecting much better from huaiwei earbuds. The sound is flat and uninspiring. Three music sounds flat and dead.The pairing is easy and quick.The mic on the other hand is pretty good. When placing a call my interlocutor mentioned it was as if I was using my phones mike.Double tap stops the playback but adjusting volume you need to install an app. And it's not on the official app store. And it's in Chinese. So still struggling to adjust volume.They cancel noise pretty well on the other hand and even at about 50% playback is rather loud and full bodied.So a mixed bag for me. However for 30 bucks it's not too bad.

The charge lasts all day. I wore them for almost a full day starting at lunchtime (12:30) and the charge was still going strong at 11.30pm. I use mine with iPhone and tv and they sound quality is excellent. My 🍏 headphones didn’t last one hour after owning them for two years. I’ve only had these a few weeks but, even when I first purchased my 🍏 headphones the charge lasted a couple of hours and now the right ear headphone needs a battery replacement at a cost of £80. These Huwaei headphones are a third of the price and so convenient. They’re a bit temperamental when it comes to pairing but, just need to make sure they’re fully in the case and don’t have any debris preventing the contacts from connecting when pairing. The instructions were non-existent. Just press and hold the outer section that sticks out on each headphone for 3 seconds to get the green light to flash white (sometimes it takes a couple of seconds more). When the slow flashing white light appears they’re in pairing mode. Sometimes you can just select the headphones on your tv without pairing if you’ve previously paired them. My TVs are LG. One thing to note: if you need to pair to your tv and have a second set of these headphones connected to another device like a phone, you might need to disconnect the pair connected to your phone and place them back in their case and close the case until you’ve finished pairing to your tv otherwise, you could be left thinking they’re faulty as they won’t always register. This isn’t a given, sometimes they pair just fine even with the second pair in close proximity but, hopefully the heads up will save you the headache we had. Additionally, there isn’t a way to name your headphones like with 🍏 so we had to work out which in the list on the tv matched the ones in our hands since we had two pairs of headphones.We’ve now put stickers on the cases so that the pair are always used with the living room tv and the second pair with a different sticker are always paired with the bedroom tv to avoid delays with pairing.

The Huawei Audio Connect application is easily available in the Samsung Galaxy app store. Nice flathead type earphones which are comfortable on the ears unlike other in-ear types, very good call quality and excellent battery life. Mic quality is very good and bass in music is decent for this type of earphones.

Pairs seamlessly with my iPhone at a fraction of the price of AirPods. Sound is terrific and battery life is very impressive. The ear buds are very comfortable.I would buy these again for sure
