This little k-cup coffee maker is awesome!! Fast and the coffee is hot! Love the hot shot option. No strong option and I prefer a richer brew so I either use the hot shot option in conjunction with a cup of coffee or add an espresso to it to make it richer. I have zero complaints about this little machine. I didn’t actually need a far father, but it’s very nice that it came with one. I love gadgets! It works very well, again no complaints at all. Same noise level as any other Keurig I’ve ever owned. I think it does make a nice cup of coffee, like I said, I just prefer a stronger brew! I need to add water to this a little bit more often than my previous Keurig, which crapped out a few months ago. I tried to offbrands to make my Keurig K cups, and they both were so ridiculously subpar that I decided just to go back to Keurig. I can fit most of my travel mugs under it when you remove the tray, a few tall ones simply don’t fit, but I can tip them. All in all I highly recommend! Sleek design and looks so nice on the counter.

This Barista Coffee combo is my new favorite thing. Small, and looks great, but beyond that, it makes the easiest, fastest, most convenient cappuccino EVER! The milk frother makes it perfectly warm and perfectly foamy. I haven’t had any issues with leaking, all the lids and pieces fit, it is shiny and beautiful and the coffee is so good, I will never eat again.

As many reviewers have said, the frother didn’t work right out of the box. I took a chance because I figured those defective ones should have been pulled from the market. But I immediately contacted Keurig, they sent replacement quickly. I do love the new barista system! So convenient and quick for a wonderful cup of coffee. The frothing milk added to the coffee made it more satisfying that I can drink just one cup a day. I do use a larger mug to get the most out of the pod. I tested, 12oz vs 8oz tastes about the same in my opinion. So instead using two pods, i cut down to one. Having the choice to brew different oz is a very nice feature. Size is slim, I love that the water storage is in the back.

I owned the original Keurig years ago, but the k-cups were too dang expensive so I went back to pour-over (better flavor, not bitter). I bought a K-mini back around 2018 for when my sister would visit, but never used it much. While traveling and in a hotel that did NOT have a coffee maker in the room (why?) I bought an Instant Pot version which was very good, solid machine - the coffee flavor was decent but not the best, and I still like that little machine. All of that said, I have some models to compare this one with - I bought this one because I do like a good flat white, and I'm down with making espresso on the stove, but given my hectic job I typically have to make coffee in between or during conference calls, so something faster is ideal. I was very attracted to the "shot" and "iced" option on this model in particular, and since it was a great price at the time, I decided to go for it and try this model out. I wouldn't have bought this if it wasn't on sale. I was not disappointed - it makes a great cup of coffee when using store-bought k-cups. I prefer just one brand, and while it's not as good as the pour over, it's very full flavored (I'm a coffee fanatic, can't live without the stuff easily) and VERY good for when I'm in a hurry. It makes a stronger cup of coffee overall, which I like. Also, it's very narrow and doesn't take up counter space, which I definitely appreciate. I tried out the "shot" option - it does what it says it does, and I had an excellent (and much cheaper) flat white, so as far as I'm concerned - given the flavor and the shot option alone - this unit is a keeper. I already had a milk frother that I prefer, so I can't attest to the one sent with the kit - it will be a good backup for the one I have. Anyway I definitely recommend purchasing this unit if you're on the fence.

I was extremely disappointed and honestly disgusted when I opened what was supposed to be a brand new Keurig coffee maker. The machine arrived in its original packaging, but the condition of the unit itself was shocking. It was visibly dirty, covered in water marks, and there was what appeared to be mold inside and around parts of the machine. To make matters worse, coffee grounds literally fell out of the box when I opened it, which strongly suggests that this unit had been used before being repackaged and sold as new. This is not a minor cosmetic issue, this is a serious hygiene and quality control problem. A customer should never have to question whether a “new” appliance is safe or sanitary to use straight out of the box. Receiving a coffee maker with signs of prior use and possible mold is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand with such a large reputation in the coffee industry. I expected a clean, unused product. Instead, I received something that looked like it had been returned, used, and sent back out without proper inspection or cleaning. This experience has severely impacted my trust in both the product and the quality control process. I will be returning this unit immediately and requesting a refund. Buyers should be aware and thoroughly inspect their machine upon arrival

Great coffee maker. Simple and easy to use. Perfect for fast, on-the-go coffee. The iced setting works great. The frother works great and fast. It doesn't take up too much space on the counter, either.

Use the “shot” button all the time because my dark roast pods taste more like espresso. Nice little machine that doesn’t take up much space

Good compact appliance. Deducted one star because you have to very careful when you fill the tank. If you use a pitcher like I do, I don’t take tank off to refill, the inside of tank has an indentation and as your pour the water can splash out.
